D. Why should the nominee be considered for the Most Outstanding iVolunteer Award? Please
elaborate in 300 words or less.

Knowing Des, she is a very active, pragmatic, and wise IVolunteer which makes her a viable
candidate for the award. Lourdes is very active in the organization and she makes sure that
everyone is informed about the special announcements. In the organization, she is always
encouraging us to give ideas for our next projects. She is selfless and she possesses the natural
ability of a leader and an IVolunteer. She was trained and seasoned by experience and she
wants nothing but to see the organization thriving and developing even in the midst of the
pandemic. She is always prepared and present in the meetings, there's no doubt about that.
Des has already participated in various civic activities and out of school seminars which makes
her an experienced person when it comes to leadership, she is also trustworthy and keen to the
informations that she shares online. She may not be the loudest IVolunteer but her meekness,
and dedication to serve the people in her community and in the school makes her outstanding
and deserving for the award.
