I. Call to order

Joe Mark I. Duldulao (Faculty President) called to order the regular meeting of the
Faculty Members of Banna Academy Inc. at 1:30 p.m. on SEPTEMBER 24, 2021 at
BAInc. Conference Hall.

II. Roll call

Ricarod B. Acedo Jr. conducted the roll call and all faculty members were present that
time.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

Ricarod B. Acedo Jr. read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were
approved as read.

IV. New Agenda

a) Teachers’ day celebration will be held on Oct 4-5, 2021. There will be an
Opening Program, Holy Mass, Motivational speeches on the First day of the
program. On the Second day, there will be a tournament for Volleyball and
Ml in the morning and Laro ng Lahi in the afternoon. The teams will be
announced a week before the program. In addition, the committees for food,
program, decoration, equipment, documentation and awards were selected
during the meeting. Moreover, a team leader for every team were given to
Mr. Acedo, Mr. Gacula, Mr. Sacunan and Mr. Digap. In conclusion, the
matrix of Teachers’day celebration program was discussed also in the
meeting.

b) Mr. Romnick Agag (SSG adviser) also discussed about the election for the
new SSG officers for this school year. A Selection Committee was created
with the following teachers: Mr. Duldulao, Mr. Agag and Ms. Gacula. He
also stated the following dates for the said election:

 Sept. 27, Announcement of the Election


 Sept. 28- Oct. 1- Filing and evaluation of the candidacy.

 Oct. 2- Printing of the election paraphernalia’s

 Oct 3-6 Campaign Period

 Oct 7-8 Online voting

 Oct 11-12 Manual Voting

 Oct. 13 Proclamation

 Oct 14 – Oath Taking Ceremony

c. Ms. Devinie Gacula (Designated Guidance Counselor) also discussed about


the HRGP subject. She discussed about the schedule of the distribution of
the modules and also stated the importance of it to our learners. She also
said that at least 30% of module should be done and she advised the
advisers to always check the works of their students.

V. Other Matters

a) A deadline for study guides and modules was set every Friday. A sanction
was also imposed for the late study guides and modules.

b) Requirements for ESC especially the PSA was also discussed during the
meeting..

c) The deadline of submission of 2x2 pictures for the requirements of SSS will
be on Oct.1, 2021

d) A schedule for the teachers in the photocopying of study guides and


modules will be done by Mrs. Garcia..........

e) The distribution of modules and study guide will be resume on Oct. 11-12,
2021

VI. Adjournment

Joe Mark I. Duldulao (Faculty President) adjourned the meeting at 2:37 p.m.
