SAC Officers Meeting

MINUTES:
1. The meeting of SAC Officers Meeting started with an opening prayer led by Abegail Cruz, Senior High School Vice
President. This was followed by the introduction of the attendees per department as initiated by President Lemuel
Brucal of Senior High School Sac and President Niño Lalunio of Junior High School SAC.

2. The following points were taken and discussed:

a. The “Basura ko, Uwi ko “program which includes the following points:
 The discussion of the contents of the said program.
 The strict implementation of the program through the intervention of SAC officers where in there will
be assigned officers for each classroom that will monitor the class.
 The punishment {community service of the whole class) will be given upon the section who will be
caught having trashes inside their classrooms and in their respective areas.
b. The celebration of the 56th Founding Anniversary of Holy Family Academy which includes the following points:
 The outreach program in coordination with the Campus Ministry of HFA where in the collected
offerings of the students will be the goods that will be given upon the receiver.
c. The last counting of Mr. and Ms. Holy Family Academy 2018 that will be simultaneously held during the
Foundation Day celebration on February 13, 2018 and the MAPEH Culminating Activity.
d. Student Activity Council S.Y. 2018-2019 Election which will have the following proposed dates:
 March 2, 2018 – filing of candidacy
 March 5-8. 2018-campaign period
 March 9,2018- election

Student Activity Council’s Guidelines on the “BASURA KO, UWI KO” Program of the Municipality of
Padre Garcia, Bats.

For the Students:

1. Students are required to maintain their classrooms clean as well as the front and back
corridor of their rooms.
2. Only one box for the paper trashes is required in each classroom.
3. Class officers of every section are in-charge of monitoring the cleanliness and
orderliness of their classrooms.
4. If the box for the paper trashes found with other form of trashes, the class will be
responsible for a certain consequence, the Community Service within the campus.
5. Students are required to bring their own trash bags for their own trashes.
