PROCEEDINGS:

1. At 2:30 in the afternoon the meeting begun through an Opening Prayer lead by
the adviser, Mr. Kenneth V. Acabo. The adviser introduced his self-followed by
introducing the subject teachers and administrators.

2. The adviser presided the PTA Election first and when the new classroom PTA
President is elected, she continued presiding the election.

3. The adviser proceeds to the third agenda which is the student’s performance.
The adviser follow-up the parents about the behavior and performance of their
children in school if they perform well or not.

4. The adviser reminds the parents about the schedule of the 1 st Periodical
Examination. The examination of the Junior High will be on October 25, 2023
while the Senior High will be on October 26, 2023. For the mode of payment, the
adviser informed the parents for the tuition fee of their child which is 2,500 for
the whole school year and they can pay it 250 per month.

5. For the clearance, the adviser informed the parents that their children cannot
take the exam if their clearance will not be cleared.

6. For the cleaning of cemetery, the adviser informed the parents that on October
25, 2023 after the examination of the Junior High, the students and the faculty
will go to the cemetery for the general cleaning for the preparation of the
upcoming All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day and for the next day will be the
Senior High students.

7. The Culmination of the Holy Rosary will be conducted on October 27, 2023. For
the morning session, there will be a mass. After the mass, will be the living
rosary that will be done at the school ground. On the afternoon, there will be a
Mary Look-Alike Contest. Each level and section must have a representative.
After the program, the school principal informed the students that there will be a
1 week break. The classes will resume on November 06, 2023.

8. The adviser reminds the parents about the BACS MEET that will be held at
Trinidad & Talibon, Bohol on November 13-16, 2023. There will be a
contribution of 300.00 per students and the deadline will be a week before the
BACS MEET.
 9. The meeting was moved to be adjourned by the adviser and it was seconded by
Mrs. Abing

10. The meeting was culminated by a prayer lead by the adviser.

11. The meeting ended exactly at 3:30 in the afternoon.
