Previous Knowledge: Student has knowledge of what is meant by mental preparation and motivation regarding playing football .

Practical Session (80 minutes):

Warm-up (10 minutes):

Begin with a brief warm-up to prepare students for physical activity. This could include stretching exercises and light jogging.

Fine Motor Skills Activities (30 minutes):

Divide students into small groups and provide them with materials such as pencils, small objects, and paper. Instruct them to engage in activities that
enhance their fine motor skills, like drawing detailed pictures or practicing precise hand movements.

Gross Motor Skills Activities (30 minutes):

Rotate students through various stations with activities that improve gross motor skills, such as dribbling a basketball, jumping rope, or playing catch. Ensure
each student has a chance to try different activities.

Cool-down and Reflection (10 minutes):

Discussion and Homework (5 minutes):

Have a brief discussion with the class about their practical experience. Assign homework that requires students to practice a specific motor skill at home and
report on their progress in the next class.
End the practical session with a cool-down, consisting of relaxation exercises and deep breathing. Allow students to reflect on how they felt during the
practical exercises and whether they noticed any improvements in their motor skills.
