CONTENT Fitness Goal and acceptance of Individual differences in terms of skills and
abilities
LEARNING RESOURCES Learning Module, paper and pen.
PROCEDURES
Introductory Activity  SETTING THE MOOD: (video presentation)
Time Frame: 5 mins. 1. The teacher will let the learners watch a video clip about a
person’s fitness progress.
2. The teacher will ask:
-What can you say about the video?
-What is given emphasis by the video presentation?

Activity 
GROUP DISCUSSION:
Time Frame: 1. The teacher will divide the class into six groups.
15 mins. 2. Learners will discuss within the group their progress as they
achieve fitness for the last few days.
3. Learners will list the group’s progress in a manila paper.
4. Choose a representative to report the output to the class.

Analysis  CHOOSE ME:
Time Frame: 1. Based from the skills and abilities they have written on
10 mins. the board, let the learners choose one skill they are best
at.
2. Learners who picked the same skills and abilities will
form one group and so forth.
3. Each group will perform a presentation according to
different skills and abilities they have chosen.

 SHARING OF IDEAS:
 How do you find the activity?
 Are you comfortable with the skill/ability you’ve chosen?
Abstraction  EFFECTIVE DISCUSSION:
Time Frame:
10 mins. The teacher will ask:
 What are your ways in achieving fitness?
 How does fitness help you become a well-rounded person?
The teacher will discuss how important having a healthy body in
everything we do and in every aspect of our lives.

The teacher will ask:


- Why do we need to acquire various skills and abilities?
- How will you develop other skills and abilities you are
not good at?

Application  Drama Presntation:


Time Frame: How does fitness develop your self-esteem?
15 mins.
Note: teacher will provide a rubric (Analytic or Holistic Rubric)
Assessment  Paper And Pen Test:
Time Frame: Answer this in not less than 5 sentences.
5 mins. - How do physical and sport activities mold your personality?
