PROCEDURES
Introductory Activity SETTING THE MOOD:
Time Frame:5mins. The teacher will show pictures/video clip executing the
physical fitness test.
The teacher will ask:
o What do the pictures imply?
o What do you think are they performing?
Analysis
Time Frame: The teacher will ask:
20mins. o How does physical fitness assessment help you
achieve a healthy body?
o What are the advantages of physical fitness
activities?
