Individual Sports. It will also enrich learner’s recognition to the Individual Sports.

a. To recall the history of individual sports (running and swimming).
b. Identify the different kinds of individual sports (running and swimming).
c. Execute the process of individual sports (running and swimming).

A. Before the Lesson
Daily Routine:
The teacher asks a student to lead a short prayer followed by the checking of students’ attendance through the use
of class card. Before the class commence, the teacher makes sure that the learning environment is conducive for
learning. All things must be in proper order like the seating arrangement. The teacher will also remind the
students to behave well all throughout the lesson and observe minimum hygiene protocols like wearing of
facemasks.
Review of the Previous Lesson:
The teacher will ask the students to enumerate the different basic exercise program and the different kinds of
stretching.
Presentation of the Topic:
The teacher will show videos of two famous athletes whom they are called as the greatest who played the game.
Usain Bolts (running) and Michael Phelps (swimming).

B. During the Lesson


Analysis: The teacher will ask questions which is related to the video that they have watch?.
1. Who are those person?
2. What particular sports they are doing?
3. What skills you need to possess when doing those sports?
Discussion: From the description given by the students the teacher will now engaged the students in discussion
the individual sports (running and swimming). The discussion will focus on the different kinds of running and
swimming.
Abstraction: Engage students in the discussion of individual sports (running and swimming).
Application: The teacher will give activities from the modules to be answer by the students.
Generalization: Ask students the different kinds of running and swimming

C. After the Lesson


Assessment: The students will do the individual sports (running and swimming). The teacher will assess them
one by one.
Agreement: Research for the other individual sports.
