PHILOSOPHY, VISION, MISSION, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE
SCHOOL
Philosophy: Banna Academy Inc. stands to educate and train the youth to become life-long learners
and holistically developed individuals who are ready to face real world situations.
Vision: Dedicated and committed to creating caring relationships, responsible individuals, and
collaborative, life-long learners in becoming intellectually competent, morally and ethically conscious.
Mission: Banna Academy Inc. prepares our students for opportunities and privileges of tomorrow by
providing them with skills of critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, communication, and creativity
to ensure them of a successful life in the future.
Goals: Banna Academy Inc. is purposely to educate students to their highest potential by providing a
quality, high standard learning environment.  Administrators, teachers and staff will maintain a transparent
environment while meeting the needs of our students and their families.  BAI will foster student success in
real-world situations by promoting collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking skills.  We
will build students’ self-esteem by celebrating their strengths and achievements.  Students will be prepared
intellectually, socially, and professionally for the future through opportunities to exemplify moral and ethical
standards.

OBJECTIVES

For the realization of its mission, Banna Academy Inc. shall live and work towards the development of
students:

 who are knowledgeable of and sensitive to the economic, social, and political realities of the Philippine
society, the Asian Region, and ideally, the whole world;
 who are intellectually, professionally, economically, and vocationally competent, dedicated and
committed;
 whose potentials for creative and critical thinking are fully developed;
 who are morally and ethically conscious in their conduct; and 
 who act responsibly to meet the concerns and demands for a free, just, and compassionate society.

To enhance the realization of our mission and vision, Banna Academy Inc. will pursue and work for the
following thrusts, which are:

1. A curriculum and co-curriculum program geared toward creative thinking, human dignity and
responsibility, social awareness, and involvement in the process of learning;
2. Methodology of teaching and process of learning and evaluation that recognizes the importance of
every person, trains students for the development of critical thinking, and cultivates social
responsibility and action guided by moral values;
3. An administration, faculty, staff, and students who are knowledgeable of the best thoughts and values
of Filipino and humankind as well as conversant with the economic, politic, and socio-cultural heritage
in relation to the realities of Philippine society and life, in particular, and of the whole world, in
general;
4. A decision-making process in the institution and community that will make use of the fullest
contribution of various sectors and develop the capabilities, reflection, and action in the academic and
in the greater community;
5. Academic-community actions that are actively involved in solidarity with the poor in society for their
development and authentic liberation; and 
6. A policy of service that reflects the values of justice, the dignity of labour, and development of
commitment to duty, competence, and excellence.

Ma’am:
The office of the Supreme Student Government is requesting for your approval to
have a General Christmas Party Celebration here in our school on December 16, 2022.
We are also asking an approval that each student will have a contribution of Php 5.00 to
be used for the prizes and other needs for this program.
These are the following activities for the General Christmas Party:
 Sing-Tonado (Singing contest)
 Merry go round (Trip to the Jerusalem)
 BAI Lantern Making Contest

PROGRAM PROPOSAL

PROGRAM: BAI General Christmas Party 2022:


DATE: December 16, 2022
VENUE: Banna Academy Inc.
San Agustin Street Brgy. Valenciano, Banna, Ilocos Norte
PARTICIPANTS: All students of Banna Academy Inc.

Rationale:
Christmas is a very special holiday for it showcases the importance of love as Jesus
Christ was born. This upcoming December 16, 2022, the Office of the Supreme Student
Government wants to hold a simple program for the students and teachers of Banna Academy
Inc. to show and let them feel the essence of love and giving.
The program includes some activities for the students to enjoy. This will let them have a
memorable experience before taking their Christmas break. The Christmas program will be
celebrated in the morning followed by the Christmas celebration of every grade level.

MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES

1. SING-TONADO (Singing contest)


 Each grade level must have one participant.
 The participants must provide their own minus-one.
 The participants’ minus-one will be given on the day of the contest.
 Duration of the performance must be 3-6 minutes only.
 Songs that will be used should have no vulgar words.

2. MERRY GO ROUND (Trip to Jerusalem with a twist)


 There are 2 divisions in this game. Men’s and Women’s division.
 Each section must have 2 participants. One for Men’s division and one for Women’s division.
 Just as the usual mechanics of trip to Jerusalem, participants will dance around the chairs. Once the
music stops, the participants should have to sit on one of the chairs.
 A participant that will be left standing will be out of the game. Then one chair will be removed.
 The winner will be decided when the last chair is occupied with only one participant.

3. BAI LANTERN MAKING CONTEST


 Each grade level must present their lanterns.
 The lanterns will be judged by Ma’am Remalyn Macaburas, Ma’am Janice M. Cacao, and Sir Clarence
Pambid.
 There will be only three winners (3rd, 2nd, 1st). The other three will receive consolation prize.
