My Dearest Completers and Graduates of Class 2023:
This is the most memorable end-of-school year message that I will be doing, but
definitely not the last instance of connecting with you. As your Schools Division
Superintendent, my services will end on or before my 65th birthday in November
of this year; hence, your batch will be most remembered by me as it goes with
my upcoming retirement.
Thank you so much, dear parents, for choosing the Division of Maguindanao-1 as
the learning haven for your children. I am truly grateful for your trust and
confidence. Our partnership has been tested by time, and in every challenge that
we encounter, Alhamdullilah, we remain steadfast and victorious in producing
quality completers and graduates.
In this years theme, “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon”
(K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation) is a
manifestation that this batch has been in an educational process that
acknowledges the need for inclusivity while promoting access to quality
education for all, regardless of socio-economic background, geographical
location, or learning capabilities, and incorporating alternate educational
methods, ICT solutions, and support networks for students with special needs
and those who are at risk of dropping out.
Look at yourselves and be elated, for you are a beautiful reflection of your
teachers' commitment and dedication. You became a better version of
yourselves in the face of huge adversities that challenged our educational system
in the new normal setting.
As you bid adieu to your alma mater, bring with you the values and mindset of a
good citizen, leaving behind the scars of negativity in the realms of experiences
that made you whole and complete as a student.
Let us tread another journey with the strength of a lion and the eyesight of an
eagle. Make a difference, Batch 2023; congratulations and Mabuhay.
