It gives me immense happiness to note that

KV INS Dronacharya students are bringing out
It’s E-Patrika ‘PALETTE’ for the year 2019-20.

Vidyalaya Patrika is a platform to showcase the literacy and artistic talent of

students. I strongly believe that every child is a treasure house of innate potential
which will be dormant till a right opportunity is given for blooming it. Hence this E-
Patrika will be a collection of talents of all the young minds of the vidyalaya. I am of
the strong opinion that continuous and timeless efforts from teachers and
parents will go a long way in shaping the stakeholders who are future of our
country.
I extend my best wishes to the editorial team for their concerned Endeavour in

My Tour Experience

Here I am writing about my tour experience. I had a very wonderful time with my
parents. I went to Munnar, for a 2 day trip ,. On the way I started noticing the broken
roads with hair pin curves and so many waterfalls. I took so many photos with my
parents. We stayed in a cottage type hotel which had a beautiful park and swimming pool.
We had our food in the same hotel which was having a good restaurant and the food was
really tasty. We went to so many places like parks and view points on top of the hills. We
shopped so many things had ice-cream, fruits and so many home made chocolates. On the
return journey I was feeling so sad and then my mom and dad promised me to take one
more time to the same place. The tour was very memorable and I will cherish the sweet
memories of the tour.

Nature asks will you please --------?

The rain rays, “Today you blocked my way..”

The river says, “ Today you broke my heart,”

The earth says, “Today you put the concrete in my mouth”

The mountain says, “ Today you cut off my legs”

Now the rain asks, “Will you open up my

rivers and ponds so that I could go on my way”

Now the river asks, “Will you please release my space

so that I could go on my way”

Now the earth asks, “Will you please return

my water that I have collected”

The mountain also asks, “Will you please stop

cutting off my feet yet? I will hold on to one by”

We are not owners of nature. We are only guards.

We must realize this.

Otherwise nature will teach us what it is.

The flood is a reminder of what they can

My Summer Vacation Trip

D uring my summer vacation, I and my family visited a place called ‘Pooyamkutty’

at Kothamangalam. My cousins, my aunty and uncle were also there with us. We
packed our food and every things needed for the trip and got ready for the journey.
We went to ‘Pooyamkutty’ by air bus. We set off for a one day tour at 10 o’ clock in the morning.
We had lunch in resort which had beautiful water frontiers. Then we set off to our destination
and reached there at 2 o’clock in the noon. Pooyamkutty is a very beautiful place with full of
greenish forests. Pooyamkutty was the shooting location of the famous Malayalam movie
‘Pulimurugan’. We went into one forest out there and saw a very beautiful lake and everybody
started swimming. The water was very cold and clear. The natural beauty was really worth seeing.
As it was a one day tour, we returned in the evening and on our way we saw many large elephants.
At 11’o clock we reached back home. It was really a wonderful journey. I will never forget it.
