FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES SCHEDULE (SECOND BATCH STUDENTS)
Minutes of Meeting
April 19, 2022

OPENING
The conference for Grade 10 about the second batch students of face-to-face classes was
called to order at 1:00am on April 19, 2022, in the Science Faculty Room.

DISCUSSION
 Firstly, the concerns were identified by all the persons in the conference.
 The identified concerns are about the school projects, repairs, office supplies,
delivery, issuance of the forms and the like.
 The principal and other members were giving suggestions and recommendations
to solve the concerns.
 The principal gave guidelines and reminded everyone about duties and
responsibilities of the group to avoid certain challenges later.
 The School Property Custodian should prepare the Requisition and Issue Slip
(RIS) for the teachers to be filled in when they have request.
 When the teachers have requests, they need to first see the principal and ask
RIS from the Property Custodian to be filled out for their request. Then ask the
property custodian and principal to be approved. Lastly, the process of request
is done by the BAC Team.
 Some of the requests that are not included in this School Year SOB is made at
the end of the school year for the preparation of the incoming school year.
 When there are items delivered, the property custodian and the inspectorate
team, together inspect and check the items delivered.
 All the items delivered are received by the Property Custodian and release those
to the person who requested. The person requested are obliged to monitor and
responsible for all the items, where and when to use, take pictures and other
ways of verification. All the repair materials are monitored by the Physical
Facilities Coordinator, the office supplies and school supplies are monitored by
the Supply Officer, and other items are monitored by the person obliged to.
 All the items are stored in a storage room.
 All the items like equipment and other supplies are use by all the personnel in
school unless they have the request form.
 The principal had requested the Master Teacher of TLE to make the process
flow for the receiving and releasing of items and the process flow of requesting
items.
 BAC Team would convene from time to time when there are things to be
settled.
 Identified the mandatory expenses to be paid like the electricity expense, water
expense, internet expense, etc. and the last to pay are the repairs.
 The payroll of the carpenters is done twice a month.
 The conference ended with the words of wisdom by the principal.

Meeting was adjourned at 2:00 pm.
