A NARRATIVE REPORT OF G9 ORCHIDS

To clearly communicate the student's progress in school, and in the
case of a student who is having difficulty learning, to enlist the parents'
cooperation in the effort to remediate any problems, a Homeroom Parent-
Teacher Conference (PTA Meeting) to Grade 9 level was held Taysan
National High School last September 20, 2022. The Grade 9- Orchids PTA
members started the meeting at exactly 8:30 in the morning. that will
help them improve practice and learner achievement.

The parents/guardians signed in the attendance form 
before they took their seats. The meeting started with
Makabayan song and followed by a prayer through audio-visual
presentation. The adviser, Mr. Rolly S. Agno had his welcome
and opening remarks. And as one of the main objectives of the
meeting, the members had an election of officers. The elected
officers for Grade 9- Orchids, SY: 2022-2023 are as follows:

President: Mrs. Imelda D. Sales

Vice President: Mrs. Lorie V. Briones
Secretary: Mrs. Cristina L. Suayan:
Treasurer: Mrs. Esther M. Bayanin
Auditor: Mr. Adrian V. Caguitla
The elected officers  had time to talk about the
possible project for the classroom and
they came up with the funding of electric fans for the proper
ventilation of the classroom and water dispenser.
On the said meeting the following matters also
discussed:
 Classroom Reminders
 Grading System (DO 31 s.2020)
 Class Schedule
 Presentation of Subject Teachers
 Mode of Distribution and Retrieval of Learning
Materials
 School Calendar of Activities (DO 34 s.2022)

They all agreed on the proper implementation of the

discussed rules and regulations. In all, there were 16 parents
attended out of 48. The meeting ended at 10:30 A. M.
