Minutes of the meeting held on 30th October, 2021

The meeting was held on Saturday, 30th June, 2022 and started at 1pm.
The following points were discussed during the month end meeting:

1. Teachers were advised to wear their ID cards in the school premises without
fail.

2. The process for School Calendars and ID cards for children should be
expedited.

3. After the investiture ceremony the photos of the students elected to various
positions should adorn the walls of the corridors.

4. Change of uniform for senior secondary section was suggested by the


principal and will soon be decided upon.

5. Teachers were told to be vigilant and not allow children to run in the
corridors to minimise risk of accidents in school. Teachers were asked to
make safety a top priority.

6. The PE teachers were advised to teach skills to students during the PT


period. They were also told to identify children with outstanding abilities
and to give them opportunities to hone their skills.

7. The principal suggested that IQ tests be conducted for all primary children to
identify children with learning disabilities and also children with outstanding
abilities.
8. Teachers were told to rearrange furniture according to the general height of
children in each class, to ensure that children are not in any discomfort
during the teaching learning process.

9. *Software in the existing computers in the school need to be updated.


*New computers have to be requisitioned.

10.TGT(Lib) has been advised to keep the library sanitized. She has also been
advised to use naphthalene balls and other such materials for protection of
the books.

11.Science exhibition: Planning for the science exhibition is to be started right


away.

12.The teachers were advised to go well prepared to classes, to be able to ignite


the mind of every child

13.Discipline in those classes that were specifically mentioned during the


meeting needs to be dealt with seriously.

14.Reporting late to class by teachers has to be stopped with immediate effect.

15.The subject teachers are solely responsible for the performance of the slow
learners in their classes. They need to take appropriate measures to ensure
good results.

16.Question wise analysis has to be done by subject teachers after each


test/exam to identify the areas of the subject that need to be revised/revisited
again.

17.The teachers were advised to encourage doubts and questions from students
to facilitate better understanding of the subject.
18.Fees defaulters: Collection of fees from fee defaulters has to be done
tactfully but without fail.

19.The Principal assigned Mr.Bijesh with the task of conducting a project on


'Agricultural Practices' headed by Mr Bijesh, and with the support of the PE
teachers.

20.The teachers were advised to maintain the attendance register with updated
and accurate details.

21.The Principal informed the teachers that the shortage of teachers is


temporary and that all attempts are being made to fill the vacancies.

22.Notebook correction should be up to date.

23.Optimum use of the blackboard was advised

24.The teacher in-charge of the first aid kit was asked to keep it replenished and
handy.

25.Vending machines for sanitary pads and for incinerators in the girls’
washrooms are to be indented for.

26.Preparations need to be started as soon as possible for programmes in


connection with 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'
