The pupils were focused and
on task at the start of the
lesson. Because of the use of
differentiated activities and
instructional materials.
Through the use of the videos
(#MeronAko: Ano ang Regla?
and the journey of the egg
cell) I was able to fully
explained the important
aspect on menstruation, the
process and why does it
happen to the body specially
to the girls.
Iasked more questions
based on their responses
to further develop their
own thinking.
I ensured the involvement of
pupils by asking questions,
and by keeping them focused
on the activity given to them
about the menstrual cycle
using the worksheet of the
September monthly calendar
by coloring the dates based on
the given data up to the
evaluation.
 OBSERVATION
The teacher has the following
preparations:
• Complete parts of lesson plan
• Instructional materials are in slide
preparation
• Group activities are in activity sheets.
 OBSERVATION
 The teacher demonstrated the following:
• Used pictures in motivation then asked follow-up
questions.
• Used slides to unlock words.
• Prepared differentiated activities
• Did a good facilitation during the group ativities.
• Encourage active participation and interaction among
pupils.
• The lesson started and ended on time.
 COMMENTS
 The teacher is a 21st century equipped with
ICT to facilitate effective teaching learning
process.
 The teacher has a capacity to relate the
subject matter to other fields of knowledge.
 The teacher is incredibly enthusiastic about
student learning as well as teacher learning
in the classroom.
 RECOMMENDATIONS
 The teacher must used the menstrual cycle chart in her
lesson instead using the different phases of menstrual
cycle.
 In the “elaboration” the pupils must be given a chance
to explain their own idea the facts and fiction about
menstruation.
 All teachers must be equipped with classroom
technologies that can be used to improve teaching &
liven up a learning session .
