Directions: Answer the following questions in a

paragraph format.

1.What is the importance of writing the lesson plan?

The relevance of preparing the lesson plan is that it acts as a teacher's daily

roadmap for the information that must be covered by the class, how it will be taught,

and how learning will be assessed. We need to consider more activities with reference

to our theme for the students' active participation. Lesson plans help teachers be

more effective in the classroom by providing them with a detailed timetable to follow

throughout each class session. allows the teachers on the study team to carefully

consider the lesson and its ramifications. The goals of the research lesson should be

taken into account during this procedure, including the topic, the learning target, the

aim of student skill development, the instructor's instructional objective, etc.

2.In preparing the lesson plan, which part is the most difficult to prepare?
The most difficult part is the making of the obejectives and having the

application be connected with it because it takes a lot of focused work to achieve it. ai

am making the students as the reference in making it considering a lot of multiple

intelligences and a lot of ways these students could learn.

3.Which do you think is the most important part of a lesson plan? Why?
The conversation is the most crucial component of a lesson plan. The teacher

must be competent and skilled in the subject matter of the lesson being covered at

this important point. We must always keep in mind that anything we provide them

will remain in their lives for the rest of their lives, therefore we must make it as

specialized and focused as possible for them.

4.What is the importance of using instructional materials in the class?
For teaching, especially for new teachers, instructional materials are crucial. In every

element of teaching, teachers rely on instructional materials. They require resources

to provide background knowledge on the subject they are teaching. When young

teachers first start the profession, they typically lack experience. When planning

lessons, teachers frequently employ instructional materials. Teachers also require

these resources in order to evaluate their pupils' understanding. Teachers frequently

evaluate their pupils by giving them tasks, projects, and tests. All of these exercises

require the use of instructional materials. The importance of instructional materials

lies in their ability to help the teacher and students avoid rote memorization and

recitation, which may easily take over a lesson. Through the use of resources,

students can engage in experiential learning that helps them acquire concepts, skills,

and a range of learning styles.

LESSON 2: INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES
ACTIVITY 3
Directions: Request an interview with your cooperating teacher. Ask the following

questions.

NAME OF TEACHER: DANILO A. GALLOGO

ASSIGNED SCHOOL: BUTUAN CITY SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES
ADDRESS OF THE SCHOOL: J. ROSALES AVENUE, BUTUAN CITY

SIGNATURE OF THE TEACHER:

1. How essential is the use of varied instructional resources to teaching

and learning?
Given the diversity of our students, different instructional resources are

crucial to the learning and teaching processes. have distinct intelligences,

life experiences, and a varied upbringing and society. What works for one

student might not work for the others, and vice versa.
2. Aside from the K to 12 Curriculum Guide and Teacher’s Guide, what

is the most essential instructional resource?

The best teaching tools, in my opinion, are handouts, visual

representations, and demonstration-performance oriented learning, in

addition to the K–12 Curriculum guide.

3. In the absence of available instructional resources, what is the best

thing that a teacher should do to support teaching and learning

activities?
The ideal course of action is to have a plan B or backup resources in case

there aren't any educational resources readily available. Using the IMs you

created in advance is your plan B, for instance, if you were going to offer

your lesson using a PowerPoint presentation but there is a block out.

Directions: Compare and contrast digital media resources and

teacher-made instructional resources.

Directions: Write an essay about “Teacher-Made Instructional Resources. Base your essay

on the following questions.

1. What is the primary consideration in developing and producing teacher-made

resources?
2. How do students benefit from teacher-made resources?
3. How will you promote the use of teacher-made resources?

“TEACHER MADE INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES”

Applying instructional resources to develop learning activities for practice

and drill in a classroom context requires adherence to realistic principles. Students

will learn more rapidly and keep it longer if they individually practice what they

understand or have learned in earlier courses. In order for pupils to apply the skill

or information in later learning stages, the teacher must provide a range of

interesting drill materials and scenarios.

Curriculum development and curriculum materials are delicate issues of

enormous political relevance since they directly affect what is taught in schools and

how it is taught. This is because textbooks and other instructional materials.

Because of this, the book industry receives both direct and indirect subsidies in

industrialized nations. In order to ensure that the provision of learning materials

follows governmental policy, there is always a need for a method to review and

control the quality of learning materials used in classrooms with regard to

relevance, content, pedagogical approach, and efficacy.
We also feel that the modern technology of today offers the possibility of

personalizing education for every child and modifying training to match each

student's particular learning preferences and chosen delivery style. Since the

founding of modern schools, we have gained a tremendous deal of knowledge

about education. We need to put this recently discovered information to use and

provide the groundwork for future generations. one that encourages our pupils to

pursue excellence. The organization of the class and smooth transitions are

essential for the teacher, but if all the other tiny aspects are taken into consideration,

they contribute to an excellent lesson. A strong, exceptional instructor must

effectively manage the class and have some degree of structure. An excellent

teacher must be able to assess data, set objectives, but most importantly, they must

possess an inner passion to learn more, accomplish the objective, and continuously

improve.

LESSON 4: CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

ACTIVITY 5
Directions: Process your idea on the following questions.
Directions: Request an interview with your cooperating teacher. Ask the

following questions.

NAME OF TEACHER: REYLAN R. ALAS

ASSIGNED SCHOOL: BUTUAN CITY SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES
SUBJECT TAUGHT: MATH 7

SIGNATURE OF THE TEACHER:

1. How do you manage your class?

The most challenging aspect of teaching is class management. Because each student has a

unique conduct and attitude, your patience will be your biggest asset in managing the class and

preserving a conducive learning environment.

2. Do you make your classroom management plan? Do you think these plans are helpful in

managing the class? Why?

As a teacher, having a plan for managing the classroom is crucial because it gives you the

confidence to move on with your lesson while the students are still taking in what you've said

and done.

3. What is the greatest challenge that you have encountered so far in terms of classroom

management?
regarding listening. Because we cannot force them, this is the portion of managing a class that is

the most difficult. Like I mentioned in number one, a teacher is unaware of their diverse attitudes

and backgrounds. However, with the aid of a classroom management strategy, pupils can

comprehend the value of attentive listening in the classroom.

4. How did you choose the classroom management strategies that you have implemented?
by being aware of the circumstances or learning opportunities you face in each lesson you

attend.

5. What do you think are the essential considerations to effectively manage the class?
In my opinion, the best course of action is to observe the circumstances or attitudes in each class

in order to develop an efficient management strategy that will enable you to govern the students

and instruct them in accordance with their aptitudes and levels of knowledge.
ACTIVITY 6

Directions: Write your reflection for the whole content of your Cycle 1.

MY REFLECTION ON THE CYCLE 1

My experiences with community immersion are very beneficial

for future teachers who are undergoing pre-service training. It

showed me the field in which I should specialize and refine the skills

required to become an effective teacher in the future. It also enhances

my understanding of the issues and challenges that society faces. I

will learn how I should approach and participate in society issues like

these by doing this. As a pre-service teacher for one month, I was able

to interact with a variety of people, and I was happy to learn about

them. I had the opportunity to practice being a real teacher, and I was

overwhelmed by how challenging it is to enforce rules and how to do

so while still respecting my pupils' sentiments.

Being one step closer to being a teacher is, in my opinion, fairly

difficult, but it also makes me feel excited and enjoy myself. I enjoyed

my work days and was delighted with how challenging it is to become

a competent and well-respected teacher. In the future, I am

anticipating it with interest.
