Details Discussed:
1. Lunch Time has to be followed strictly by all the staff members. Lunch time for the
staff members is from 12.20 P.M to 12.50 P.M and all the staff members should be
there at 12.50 P.M in their respective class rooms.
2. Each student has to bring a separate towel for lunch and they should not use their
handkerchief as lunch towel.
3. All the students should strictly maintain discipline and good manners inside the
school campus.
4. All the staff members should be aware of using the interactive panel and also they are
advised to use the interactive panel for taking class.
5. Staff members for the organizing committee are Mrs.S.Amuthavalli, Ms.Saranya
Devi, and Mrs.Vanishree.
6. All the staff members are asked to submit the question papers as early as possible for
the Periodical Test-I.
7. Class Time table timings should be followed strictly and the corresponding subject in-
charge has to go to their concerned class room on time.
8. Student’s home work has to be checked by the concerned subject staff.
9. Tamil staff members are asked to pay more attention to the students who are weak in
reading and writing Tamil.
10. Slow learners has to be identified in each and every subject and necessary steps has to
be taken by the subject teachers to improve their studies.
11. Spoken English is a must inside the school campus.
12. Class leader and Assistant class leader name list for each class has to be submitted on
Monday (01-07-2019).
13. Syllabus and portions for Periodical test-I should be submitted to the Principal/VP by
the staff members.
14. School SPL from V, VI, and VII will be selected through voting.
15. Curriculum activity should be prepared.
16. Vehicle In charge teachers, and Assembly In charge teachers are allotted.
17. Mrs.Maheswari and Mrs.Gomathi are the in charges for Event Management.
18. LKG In charge teacher is Mrs.Shreeja and UKG In charge teacher is Mrs. Evangeline.
19. Class observation will be conducted for each standard and each subject.
20. Digital content should be utilized to the most and will be monitored by Principal/ VP.
21. Seating arrangement should be secured for lower grade children.
22. HW-Test policy should be followed strictly.
23. Revision should be started on July 8.
24. Revision schedule should be mentioned in lesson plan.
25. Notebook checking’s on every Saturdays (class work, home work, work book, test
note).
