I. Introduction

1. Pursuant of Division Memorandum No. 379 s. 2021, In relation to LOA

Coordinator Kamustahan on the implementation of authentic and
integrative assessment as we end our first quarter, San Lorenzo Ruiz
Elementary School will conduct Online SLAC Orientation for Data
Gathering of LOA Results SY 2021-2022 on November 22,2021,
Monday at 1:00 to 3:00pm via Google meet.
2. This activity aims to orient the participants on the following :
A. Data Gathering of LOA Result for SY 2021-2022
B. Promote dialogue about assessment, its purpose and its value for
improving learning teaching.
3. Participants to this activity are all teachers of San Lorenzo Ruiz
Elementary School.
4. Meeting link will be posted in SLRES Teachers FB Page and
participants are expected to join the meet thirty minutes before the
officiated time.
5. List of executive and technical committees and the matrix of activities
are attached herewith.
6. Prompt and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly
desired.

LAC SESSION NARRATIVE REPORT

 TOPIC: SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL ON DATA GATHERING OF
LOA RESULT FOR SY 2021-2022

The LAC session was held last November 22,2021 at the Google Meet at
exactly 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon. The session started with the solemn
prayer of Ms. Maria Dolores Comighod. Mr. Bendy Tecson, leads the National
Anthem, Mrs. Annalyn Mendoza, Master of Ceremony, Mrs. Rhea Tucio,
checked the Attendance, Ms, Jaycel Iglesia gave her Food of Thought.
Our Head Teacher II, Dr. Gene Corazon F. Musico gave an Opening
Remarks about using new LOA template. After our Head Teacher gave her
opening remarks, Mrs. Annalyn Mendoza started to introduced our Resource
speaker Ms. Jessica Dela Cruz our School LOA Coordinator, where she
tackled about the new LOA on how to use it properly and what are the
covered templates to give better grades to the pupils. She also explained the
used of each template based on what the pupils did or submitted.

She gave informational talk about following:

- Average Grades of Learners Per Learning Area
- Range of Grades by Learning Area and Per Grade Level
- Least Mastered Skills
- Self-Monitoring Tools

The session ended with a closing program highlighting the awarding of the
certificates to the speaker and the participants at 2:30 PM to 3o’clock in the
afternoon.
