MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The Don Pablo Lorenzo Memorial High School – TUMAGA ANNEX, conducted its First
School-Based Learning Action Cell on September 10, 2022 via Google Meet. The Resource
Speaker of this session were MS. MARIE FE SUAN, School LIS Coordinator of DPLMHS, and MS.
SHELA R. SIASON, the designated School LIS Coordinator of DPLMHS-TUMAGA ANNEX. They
have discussed about the Step-by-step process of Enrolling the Learners in the Learner
Information System.

The session started with short prayer and followed by the session proper. The two
resource spakers discussed in details, from step one to the last step, so teacher will be able to
properly enroll their learners.

After the discussion proper, Ms. Suan entertained some questions or clarifications from
the teacher-participants. Ms. Suan responded promptly to the questions with additional details
or discussion.

The First School-Based Learning Action Cell ended successfully. Towards the end of the
meeting, Mr. Albert G. Villanueva, school head, gave some important announcements and
instructions for the opening of classes.
