MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The Don Pablo Lorenzo Memorial High School – TUMAGA ANNEX, conducted its First
School-Based Learning Action Cell on October 15, 2022 at NIA Covered Court, Tumaga Annex.
The Resource Speaker of this session is MS. MERLYN G. ESPERAT, Master Teacher II,who
discussed about the use of 4As in Classroom Teaching.

The session started with short prayer and followed by the session proper. Ms. Esperat
discussed in the basics in creating a 4As learning plan and the new strategies in improving
classroom instruction.

After the discussion proper, Ms. Esperat entertained some questions or clarifications
from the teacher-participants. Ms. Esperat responded promptly to the questions with additional
details or discussion.

The Third School-Based Learning Action Cell ended successfully. Towards the end of the
meeting, Mr. Albert G. Villanueva, school head, gave some important announcements and
instructions for the activities of the month.
