(Refreshing Pedagogical Approach to Meet the Needs of Learners in Face to Face Learning
Modality)
Following a series of discussions on Mrs. Mrs. Lerma U. Lacuenta, Teacher III, is seated next
to Lerma C. Magnaye, and she refreshes the discussion on the constructivism approach. Mrs. Aiza E.
Mendoza then presents another worthwhile afternoon topic on the collaborative approach.
.The fruitful afternoon takes a worthy moment for the faculty staff of NES for they have
gained more knowledge about the topic opened up by the facilitator for the month in SLAC. The
School training session end at 5:00 in the afternoon with a closing prayer end by Miss Ivy M.
Evangelista,Teacher III.

At 3:00 PM on October 20, 2022. To help teachers review the Table of Specifications before
conducting an assessment that is measurable to the students' learning abilities, SLAC training was
organized. The training session began with a brief chat orientation from Mrs. Shenna C. Amihan,
Teacher III.
Mrs. Lerma C. was the first speaker. She spoke about Walkthrough of Table of Specification,
discussing its significance and the reason for its creation. The next speaker, Mrs. Ivy M. Evangelista,
dealt with the subject of Crafting a Table of Specification. Her goal was to update the process for
creating test questions so that they were more measurable and appropriate for students' learning
abilities.
.And to complete the package for the topic Mrs. Aiza E. Mendoza ,Teacher III
emphasize more on her topic regarding the Tips on Constructing Test Questions based on
Table of Specfication.A raised of questions follows for more knowledge attainable.
To conclude the meeting, Mrs. The closing prayer was led by Mylene D. Anuran, and
all nine of the NES teachers consider this day to be one worth remembering for the lessons
they learned from the various speakers who successfully completed their tasks for the day.

November is a noteworthy month for our school since our teaching staff has grown to 11
teachers, and they are all enthusiastic to help their students learn and dedicate their time to helping
them love to read. Training proper starts with an opening from Mrs.Isabel I. Carandang.
Followed by Mrs. Shenna C. Amihan who provides an outline of the day's activities to start
off the orientation program. She also shares her opinion on the topic and the project outcome
launched by the school Project LEARN that will be covered by the bright NES speakers.
Mrs. Lerma C. Magnaye, Head Teacher III, began by outlining the many tactics that should be
used to boost our students' reading abilities in her discussion of Reading Intervention Strategies for
Teachers. Miss Leslie G. Tumambing adds the following to her topic about Effective Reading
strategies for Teaching Reading it provides further information on her issue of effective reading
instruction tactics with linkages to the first topic raised
An open forum for greater clarity and valuable time for sharing experiences concerning their
students' growth in reading ability.
By the end of the afternoon, the speakers and their colleagues had acquired more
information for the day's session, and they will use this information to assist their students who
require remedial and interventional training so that their reading abilities can be improved and their
reading difficulties will diminished in numbers.
The day is concluded with a prayer from Mrs. Mylene D. Anuran, Teacher III. The training day
was successful as anticipated
