Objective To train participants in operating and contextualizing K-12 concepts in


classroom activities using enhanced and evidence-based pedagogies.

Report LEARNING EFFECTIVELY THROUGH ENHANCED AND EVIDENCE-
BASED PEDAGOGIES (LEEP) TRAINING aims to enable participants to
operate and contextualize K-12 concepts in classroom activities using
enhanced and evidence-based pedagogies and with Knowledge Channel
educational media technology as a resource for effective learning. Provide an
overview of the report’s purpose, outlining the focus on enhanced and
evidence-based pedagogies for effective learning. Through the initiative of
Knowledge Channel, First Gen., and Deped , Three Days Seminar on
Learning Effectively Through Enhanced and Evidence-Based Pedagogies was
successfully conducted at First Gen Conference Hall at Kalayaan
Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija last July 28-30,2023.
This 3-days training was supervised by the SDO Nueva Ecija and ma’am
Eleanor A. Manibog, our ever-supportive district supervisor.

On the first day of the training, the Knowledge Channel Portable Media
Library (KCPML) was given to the five (5) host schools of FGHPC which
are Kalayaan ES, Masiway ES, Sitio Tule IPS, Sampaloc ES and
Pantabangan West IS through their school heads. Following the
walkthrough of KCPML; the Technology-Based Learning and related
Philosophies with Focus on KC Videos; and Teaching and Learning
Growth Mindset.

The second day of training was full of fun and knowledge through group
and individual activities facilitated by the energetic speakers Engr.
Richard Penaflor and Dr. Malou Neri-Cura. Speakers from the Knowledge
Channel delivered their topics cleverly. All topics were clearly discussed
and relevant to our task as teachers.

The last day was intended for the presentation of Lesson Exemplar
by the selected teachers from each host school with the monitoring of their
school heads. Group activity in the discussion of the Constructivist
Learner, Teacher, and Classroom and Revisiting the Role of Stakeholder
in the Child's Education together with representative of school’s
stakeholder.
