WITH POLICE OFFICERS
In the 2nd Distribution and 1st Retrieval of modules, the police
officers came to school last September 24, 2021 to monitor the social
distancing and health protocols of the parents.
They first interview the teachers on how we conduct the
distribution and retrieval of modules and at the time, they room around
the school premises to see each grade level and parents while delivering
and retrieving of modules.

WITH BARANGAY POLICE
In the 1st Distribution of modules September 10, 2021- the
promised help of the barangay functionaries in distribution and retrieval
of modules came through Barangay Police Diego Ramos. He brought the
MASK donated by Barangay Councilor Eva Inandan at the same time, he
observed the social distancing and following health protocols during the
distribution of modules.

The Barangay Police volunteered to do the body temperature


and spraying of alcohol in each parents.
Overall, the engagement of partner in distribution of modules
was successful.

In the 1st Distribution of modules September 10, 2021, the
distributed modules was 224 out of 234 modules. There was a time
schedule in distribution and retrieval of modules for each grade level to
avoid numbers of parents inside the school premises. Below is the time
schedule follow by the teachers and parents.

Ms. Jhazel D. Perez was one of school brigada partner in
project BILANG. She make a video presentation about addition and
subtraction of fraction for Mathematics VI. It is the first MELC in
mathematics VI that’s why the subject teacher Mrs. Mendoza asked her
permission to post her video lesson in Grade VI Math group messenger so
that the pupils will learn more about addition and subtraction of fraction.
The said video lesson helped the grade 6 pupils learned the
first math MELC because the Ms. Perez used tagalog as medium of
teaching. Attach to this documentation was thw photoscreen in group
messenger and actual video lesson.

September 15, 2021, a virtual General assembly was done. Different agendas were delivered to
the parents, teachers, LGU’s and District supervisor.
In the said virtual, the parents new role in learning of their pupils was mention and how they will

Namuco Elementary School started to implement its program
regarding the planting of vegetables in school through parents and
teachers partnership and at home by the pupils participation. This program
aim to develop the love and importance of planting vegetables in pupils.
Despite of pandemic ,this situation might not be a hindrance to put up a
good work which we done every year .And there is always a way to
accomplish it. With the help and cooperation of all the effort joined by the
parents, teachers and pupils the project implemented successfully done.

DOCUMENTATION OF SCHOOL-FAMILY PARTNERSHIP ON GULAYAN SA
TAHANAN/PAARALAN
Starting of August, Gulayan sa Tahanan project begins with the
project orientation last August 2, 2021. The gulayan coordinator Mrs.
Lerma U. Lacuenta asked the all the grade level to prepare a plant box
and vegetables seeds for GULAYAN sa TAHANAN Project. Since August 3-5,
2021, all the parents prepared the necessarily plant box and vegetable
seeds. After the preparation, a week after the planting of vegetables was
done from August 6-10, 2021. Some of parents planted on plant box and
recycle materials. From the group messenger of each grade level, it was
seen that most of the pupils have planted vegetables. The pupils passed
pictures of their growing vegetables while they monitoring and watering
them. Afterwards, many pupils sent photos of their harvest vegetable.
It means that the plan of action done by the gulayan sa paraalan
coordinator was followed and successful.

Documentation of School Disinfection


Cleaning and disinfecting are key to limiting exposure to germs
and maintaining a safe environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Reduce the spread of germs by keeping surfaces clean and reminding
parents/stakeholders of the importance of hand hygiene.
With the collaboration and coordination in barangay
functionaries, the school disinfection was done last September 9, 2021.
This was done as preparation for the 1st Distribution of Modules that
held on September 10, 2021.
There was also a Plan of Action for the School Disinfection using
the fogging/disinfection machine donated by the Brigada Partners.
Overall, the school was free and protected from the spreading of
viruses brought by COVID-19 pandemic.

A lot of parents participated in the CLEANING the School


Surrounding activity. Their presence was highly appreciated. The helping
hands done a great benefit in lessening the burdens of the teachers. The
remove the unwanted plants in the maintained plot garden outside
classroom. The said plot garden are has plants that beautify the
surroundings of the school, some plants were herbal plants, flowering
plantand some are edible plants. In order for them to grow well, unwanted
weeding should be removed so that the plants in the plot will bloom.
Grasses in the school grounds had been growing so tall so
cutting of grasses is included in the scheduled daily activity. Parents and
some Brgy officials participated in this activity. The beauty of the
surroundings of the school is enhanced once these tall grasses are cut.
Parents brought their own bolo to be used in cutting the grasses. Some area
that has grown tall grasses in school is the back portion of the school’s
office so the participants of this activity decided to cut the grasses at the
back area of the office fronting the grade six classrooms.

Painting was done in the all classroom. The male parents are the
one who participated in this activity because this activity is hazardous for
women. The paints and other materials needed was the stakeholders
donations to the school. Painting of classrooms beautifies the class room
and maintained the roof from getting rusty. This event lasted the whole day
and it was truly a productive day seeing those roofs with new paint really
added the nice view of the school building.
Brigada Eskwela or School Maitenance is truly a fruitful
movement and is very valuable activity for the school that truly benefit not
just the teachers but most importantly the children in school even in times
of pandemic
