Day 1 – 2.8.2023 (Wednesday)
Slot 1:
Briefing and housekeeping were conducted related to the claims and course proper. The participants
were given instructions related to the agenda and course proper. The speakers conducted a short ice-
breaking session “2 truths and 1 lie” game in groups.

Slot 2:
The participants were able to participate in a Quizzes conducted and the session start off in
scrutinizing matters related to CEFR and its elements. The speakers were able to show slides
pertaining to details of CEFR, textbooks, syllabus, lesson plans, etc.

Slot 3:
The participants were asked to find solutions to any relevant problems they were facing in their
setting. They were informed to present their work in groups the following day.

Day 2- 3.8.2023 (Thursday)

Slot 1
The participants were engaged in a gallery walk where they moved in groups to engage with one
another through group presentations. It was a great sharing session for the participants in finding
solutions and providing feedback in groups. The presenters had to explain the solutions for the
problems in 3 minutes.

Slot 2
The speakers concluded the session by giving insights from the gallery walk and followed by Q&A
session. The participants were asked to give their reflections through Two Stars and One Wish to
conclude the session with brief discussion.

Closing ceremony
The closing ceremony speech was given by Madam Musnia Binti Abdullah, SISC+ PPD Tawau and
followed by presentations of certificates as well as token of appreciations for the speakers and the
team leaders.
