21 II. Reading of the Agenda on the Meeting

23 The agenda of the meeting were announced by Francisco C. Gaon Jr, the
24 SDRRM Coordinator.

26 III. Meeting Proper
27 The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Christine Jarapan, Team
28 Leader on Relief.
29 Mr. Francisco C. Gaon Jr., SDRRM Coordinator presided the meeting and
30 discussed the agenda to be tackled in the said meeting. The first agendum is the
31 discussion of the assigned committee in times of calamity. All the participants were
32 cleared with their respective task and the function of their respective committee during
33 calamities.
34 The team also agreed to keep updated with the memorandum release by the
35 division office and keep in touch through group chat or text brigade among the members
36 of the team. The committee on communication lead by Christian Vincent Alino was
37 assigned in making a page on the social media and gathered the celphone numbers of
38 all the members of the team.
39 Team leaders of the different committee agreed that they will extend their hands
40 during calamities with each other and provide necessary help if needed.

42 IV. Other Matters
43 All the members are encouraged to be updated on the occurrence of natural
44 calamities through television or internet. And to keep away from fake news.

118 II. Reading and Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting

120 There was a motion for the reading and approval of the minutes of the previous
121 meeting done by Ms. Glena Mondares and was seconded by Ms. Honey Jean Alburo .

123 III.Meeting Proper
124 The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Mrs,Guadalupe Pareja, a SPED
125 teacher.
126 Mrs. Jessica Lepon, the assistant school principal presided the afternoon
127 conference. The main agendum of the session was all for Sinulog,the school annual
128 celebration.Novena schedule started from January 22 to 30.Assigned leaders for the daily
129 novena and rosary started from SPED and Kinder to grade 6.The fall of the fiesta will be
130 for the Special teachers.Committees were organized.Program committee was led by Mrs.
131 Brinquez,awards committee was led by Mrs. Alino,stage decoration committee belonged
132 to the primary grader teachers,the mass was prepared by SPED teachers, the procession
133 and reception was prepared by the special teachers,Procession was led by the Supreme
134 Pupil Government officers.it was agreed by the body to have Sinulog presentation from
135 grade 1 to 3 while Sinulog competition among grades 4 to 6 pupils.Mrs.
136 Lepon,encouraged the parents teachers association to participate in this annual
137 celebration in simple ways in order to have a meaningful celebration.Visitors form the
138 division office will also be coming to join the celebration.Fund raising activity will be done
139 through people’s choice among Festival queens from SPED to Grade 6.50% performance
140 of the queens will be collated with the result of people’s choice.Those who could raise
141 greater amount and perform better on stage will be declared Sinulog Festival Queen
142 2020.Lastly, it was stressed to have perfect attendance during the activity and everybody
143 was encouraged to invite visitors to watch and be on the celebration.

146 All teachers are reminded on their pupils assigned area of cleaning and observe
147 time consciousness.Visitors are coming anytime specially from the regional office.

157 She opened the meeting through updating and checking the status of pupils and
158 teachers.Division Memo No.33 or the identity manual is clarified. She reminded on the
159 supervision schedule of all Education Program Supervisors.According to the mandate of
160 the superintendent,supervisors are tasked to supervised not to
161 observe.However,teachers must get ready whenever visiting schedule comes.She also
162 stressed the continuing school feeding program of schoolchildren.Monetary fund will be
163 downloaded.Thirdly,the medical dental check up of all CVRAA athletes.Also,post
164 deworming of pupils will be conducted in January 2020.Permission slips must be
165 presented and signed by parents.Next,food safety guidelines were mentioned especially
166 the food beng sold in the school canteen.She stressed also the repair and renovation of
167 damaged school physical facilities.Post monitoring of pupils nutritional status must be
168 done and reported.The announcement of winners for the Gulayan sa Paaralan was done.
169 BCS 1 RANKED 2ND.MTAP competition was also brought out.January was the schedule
170 for the elimination round.All schools in the division will be competing for the Division
171 MTAP Orals in February 2020.LAC session was also encouraged specially for the subject
172 coordinators.And for Mathematics,ther will be Math quiz and interpretative dance.Catch
173 up program is implemented for all 6 yeas old who are not able to enrol in Kinder.For
174 CVRAA,Mr. Ronie Ranile reminded the submission of reports properly.It must be kept in
175 folder with a marker.For all teachers,Mrs. Lepon made mention on the proper wearing of
176 I.D,observe punctuality,our school must be a reforming school,there must be upgrading
177 of oral reading verification,all programs and projects must be aligned to the needs of the
178 school,and the school must cater to the needs of the community specially on the aspect
179 of Gender and Development (GAD).All teachers were also reminded on the early and
180 proper submission of form 48.Those who have business transaction in the division office
181 would only do it online. Just use the official e mail for every transaction. One must fill up
182 the daily time record whenever attending official business. Scouting programs must be
183 done every Friday,bring back the scouting spirit inside the classroom with scouting
184 activities in order to strengthen it.Pertaining to book property matter,any books received
185 or donated must be documented.Property custodian must endorse the property properly.

188 Teachers are encouraged for their contribution on the upcoming
189 Sinulog.Secondly, they all agreed to celebrate the Christmas party at Villa Edar.very
190 group voluntarily decided to contribute special menu for everybody.

216 as public servant. Most importantly, she reminded on the specific functions for every
217 position title being held in the public. Being one of those who belong to the noblest
218 profession, one must carry oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity and
219 must address the need of the learners through effective facilitation, provides a good
220 learning environment and as well developing the youth is the vision one must think about
221 as teachers. She also read and pointed out relevant topics indicated in Magna Carta for
222 the Public School Teachers stressing the number of hours in service and
223 renumeration.That one should render not more than 6 hours of work those who have
224 regular instruction. However ,exigency of service requires teachers to do tasks needed

228 everybody will be also be enlightened with the policies. She also made mention on the
229 schedule for the MAPEH festival through Division Memo No. 308.She also instructed
230 everyone on the passing of Form 48.It must be on time.For those who wanted to filefor
231 leave of absence,one must submit to the record section a day before the anticipated date
232 or in case if anticipated,it must be filed a day after the said leave.When applying for more
233 than I day leave,it needs the approval of the SDS.So,those who avail 3 to 4 days leave
234 with the approval of SDS, medical is not needed anymore. When more than 5 days,
235 medical support should be presented. Anyone can also avail of sick leave through the
236 immediate relative of the teacher.,Maternity leave is now equivalent to 105 days with
237 pay.However,one must file 2 months before the expected delivery.For those who have
238 miscarriage,one may avail of the 60 days leave of absence with pay.Also,female teachers
239 who have health problems related to reproductive system may also enjoy the said
240 leave.Lastly, she introduced the plotted teachers ancillary for the school year.Here are

257 Rose Distor and Hannah Macasil as members.After the delegation of assignment, an
258 announced classroom evaluation will be conducted within the 1st quarter. MOOE for the
259 month of July amounted to P67,500 less expenses amounting to P29,390 with balance
260 of P38,210.The balance will be allocated to trainings, school beautification and other
261 operating expenses covered.To make the school area secured and safe,two security
262 guards will be hired the soonest possible. No more parents can stay inside the campus
263 during class hours. Gate passes will be given to them when necessary. Necessary
264 information will further be dessiminated through official announcement.

269 Pupils are required to submit NSO/PSA as official school attached document.
270 This is to avoid errors and discrepancies in the sytem of profiling. Also, teachers should
271 require their pupils to bring ornamental and vegetable plants in pots or in cans. This is
272 for beautification and school vicinity improvement purposes.
