Minutes of the Meeting

GRADE 9 LEVEL’S MEETING

Date: September 15, 2021


Time: 2:00pm
Venue: ICT Lab/Property Room

Attendees Present: All Grade 9 Teachers

I. ENROLLMENT
1. Distribution of forms from dropbox enrollment.
2. Reason behind the distribution of transferees and balik-aral is the number of Grade 8 promoted
students in a class. The less expected(promoted) students the greater the number of transferees
and balik-aral to be assigned in a class.
II. ALS
1. Adviser should check and communicate to balik-aral students who are qualified to enroll in ALS.
2. Minimum age is 16

III. TRANSFEREES
1. Separate Face to Face Orientation for all transferees c/o Guidance Designate Ms. Laspinas next
week. It is schedule basis to observe social distancing.
2. Submit list of transferees to through the link to be shared by GL.
3. Transferees should bring the following credentials during the orientation:
a. PSA Birth Certificate
b. Good Moral Certificate
c. Report Card
(to be placed in a long brown envelope with plastic)
4. Oath of Undertaking will be given during the orientation.
5. All documents will be forwarded to the advisers for filing and reference.

IV. STUDENTS STATUS


1. Those who are in orange tag, advisers should verify their status for accurate data filing and
counting.
2. Those who prefer online and offline modality should be verified for final number of SLMs to be
printed.

V. PARENTS AND STUDENTS’ ORIENTATION


1. Emphasize school calendar especially on the start and end of every Quarter.
2. Guidelines on attendance should be included.
3. Refer to shared PowerPoint presentation from G10 and mam Nitz.
4. Uniform flyer on guidelines to be distributed to parents will be provided by the office.

VI. MONITORING SHEETS


1. Monitoring Sheet on Claiming of Modules (student’s copy) and DLL (sample copy) swill be
provided by the office.
2. Monitoring on Claiming of Modules (adviser’s copy) Monitoring on Submission of Answers
(student’s copy) will be provided by the adviser.

VII. MODULE DISTRIBUTION


1. Same venue 3rd & 4th floor of new building.

3. Distribution Process
a. Parents will drop answers on the boxes/envelopes.
b. Proceed to adviser for monitoring.
c. Adviser will countersign DLL every submission of answers.
