Form Filling & Submission Queries

Q1. I am not getting a submission confirmation response when I am filling the daily
attendance and homework forms
A. After submitting, you will see the confirmation message “Thank you for your response. Keep
it up. - Sadhanapada Team”. If you see this message, it means the response is submitted.
Please don’t fill the form again and submit. A separate Confirmation message will not be sent
as a text or as an email.

Q2. I had done Sadhana Support Registration during Sadhguru’s Darshan 1 month ago.
The link has expired so I am unable to follow the same link.
A. Trial preparation is based on the 15 day Sadhana Support rolled out recently which has 3
levels of Sadhana. There is no separate registration for this support. We have sent a registration
form in an email with the subject “Enhance your Sadhana and prepare yourself for
Sadhanapada” sent on May 9th.

We have provided an option to choose your sadhana support level in the survey form attached
to this email. If you have not registered already, you can register now.

Q3. Do I have to submit the daily attendance form every time I start Sadhana?
A. You need to submit the daily attendance only for morning Sadhana. Once before Guru Pooja
(before 5:25 am) and once after finishing morning Sadhana (between 7 am - 10:30 am). There
is no need to fill the attendance form for evening Sadhana. Please note we will not consider the
attendance marked after 10:30 am.

Q4. I am following the schedule but forgetting to submit the daily attendance form.
A. As we have mentioned this in the guidelines email, marking attendance before and after
morning Sadhana is mandatory in Sadhanapada program. It is important that you take this up
from now itself. Marking attendance on ALL days is mandatory.

Registration Queries

Q1. I am not able to register for Guru Pooja. It says the combination is already registered.

the link to Guru Pooja is available. Kindly access the link from this website.
Q2. I have received the first email with the Registration Link, but not Guidelines email.
A. Guidelines email “Sadhana Support - Sadhanapada trial preparation” sent on May 17th.
Please check your inbox once again. If it is not there, kindly check your Spam folder. If you are
still unable to find the email, write to us at sadhanapada@ishafoundation.org.

Q3. How can I change my sadhana support level?

A. We have sent a survey form attached to this email. There is an option to change the
Sadhana Support level. It is mandatory for all applicants to fill the Survey form and choose the
level for the final time. Thereon after changing level will not be possible.

Q4. I am unable to submit the daily attendance or homework forms or both due to
technical reasons.
A. Please email us at sadhanapada@ishafoundation.org.

Q5. I am unable to follow the Sadhana support level schedule because of other
commitments.
A. Please email us at sadhanapada@ishafoundation.org.

Q6. I am confused about Bhakti Sadhana and how to do it?

A. We have included a link in the Guidelines email through which you can go through an article
about Devotion/ Bhakti yoga. There are few instructions given by Sadhguru in the article. You
can incorporate this aspect into your daily routine as best as you can.

We conducted a webinar on 18th May in which there was a guided Bhakti Sadhana process. If
you were unable to attend the webinar or have attended, but because of technical issues, you
were unable to completely go through the process, we will keep you updated if we conduct a
webinar on Bhakti Sadhana in future.

Q7. Can I modify my chosen sadhana support level schedule according to my

convenience? Example: I want to add more practice to level 1 or want to drop a couple of
practices from level 2 & 3 schedule
A. It is best if you stick to the schedule provided for the chosen level. If you find that you have
more time and can fit practices into the schedule, you may do so. If you have chosen level 2 &
3, please ensure not to skip any practices suggested in the schedule.

If you have only learnt Shambhavi, but have chosen a higher level, it is best that you choose
level 1. During the day, you can choose to do some form of physical activity.
Trial preparation Queries

Q1. I have forgotten crash course or Inner Engineering tools completely, what to do?
A. Please get in touch with your local IE teacher.

Q2. How do I write the Homework?

A. The first thing is to not write one word - “yes” or “no” or one line answers. For example, in the
second question, we asked you to write about any resistance within yourself you may have
faced during the day. To answer this question, first, you can reflect and see in which instances
you faced resistance. You can write “ I felt resistance to this activity or that situation”, and then
you should also write about the experience of facing this resistance during that activity or
situation. You can choose a minimum of 3 situations during the day where you felt resistance
and write about the experience of facing resistance. There is no need to explain the details of
the situations.

Q3. I missed the webinar, can I have recorded the video?

A. Please note we will not be sending you the recorded webinar conducted on May 18th. If we
plan to conduct another webinar at a later date, we will send an email. So, please be sure to
check your email regularly.

Q4. Is it okay to have light snacks in the afternoon?

A. Apart from following two meals during the day, it is perfectly alright to have something light
like fresh fruit, fruit juice, kanji (sanjeevini, raagi etc) in the afternoons if you feel hungry. Avoid
consuming junk food/ fried food/ heavy meals.
