Skills For achieving my goals I add evening workout in which I used to do only strength
training with 30min cardio workout because I want to deal with the time
management also.
Actions: What steps must be taken to move from the input to the output?
Step 1 Wake up early in the morning and go for morning walk to inhale the fresh and air and to see the
beauty of nature.
Step 2 Consume green vegetable salad, Steamed vegetable and non caloric food, Make a proper time table
in which your whole day activities should be included with the perfect time management.
Step 3 Go for evening workout and build up your strength which gives you the confidence and change your
looks and personality.
Step 4 On weekend go for cycling with friends or with family member and gain some good experience from
the outsiders.
Step 5 Ignore are the things which are making you lazy and enforcing you to not to achieve your goals
because for achieving goals you must sacrifice your comfort zone.
