MINUTES OF MEETING
A PTA Classroom meeting of the PTA Grade 10 Morpheus was held at La Union
Colleges of Science and Technology Inc., Section 10- Morpheus room 203 last
Friday, March 13, 2020. The meeting convened at exactly 3:01 in the afternoon
with the President Loreta Isipas the presiding officer and Evelyn Ponce, the
Secretary who recorded the minutes of the meeting.

Agendas:
Card Day/Awarding of certificates
Public Dissemination of Information regarding the COVID19
Other concerns and important announcements

Motion 1:
That the adviser distribute the cards of the students to their respective
parents/ guardians and awards the certificate of perfect attendance and top
achievers to the deserving students.

Motion 2:
That the adviser hold a lecture during the said meeting about the pandemic
COVID19 to inform the parents to about the origin of the disease and how to
fight the disease and boast the immune system.

Motion 3:
Lastly the adviser, as usual after the meeting he individually talk to the parents
especially to those students whose unruly and erring in the class.

Adjournments:
All motions are carried. Motion to adjourn raised by Glenda Baladad the Public
Information Officer and it was seconded by everybody. The classroom meeting
was exactly adjourned at 04:01 in the afternoon by the general consent of the
parents.
