X. Highlights of the Grade 10 Einstein SY: 2023-2024 conducted it’s Ist HRPTA
Activity Meeting, the participants of the meeting are the grade 10
parents. During the meeting, the parents elected the new
set of HRPTA Officers for SY: 2023-2024 with Mrs. Helen
Siervo elected as president. The class adviser inform the
parents how the students are graded based on their
performances , written test and periodical test result. She
mentioned that grading system will vary depending on the
subject. She also remind the parents about the other
requirements such as Live Birth Certificates of their
children.

4. The Class Adviser presented the grading system; she mentioned that grading
system vary and it depends on the subject. She specifically mentioned how to compute
grades example science subject ; 40% Performance Task, 40% written work and 20 %
Periodical Test.
5. The adviser call the attention of the parents regarding the Live Birth Certificate
of some students which is not yet available.
6. The schedule of the Induction Ceremony is to be announce.

The meeting ended at 10: 00 in the morning.
