=The first Homeroom Parents-Teacher Conference for S. Y 2021-2022

was held on October 12, 2021, via Google Meet organized by Ma’am Jinky A. Iglesias-
our class adviser, in grade 6-Wisdom. It started at 2:40 in the afternoon.
= The meeting was formally started with a prayer through AVR, followed
by checking of attendance, wherein 33 parents were present in the said meeting.

= Election of Homeroom Officers was done with the guidance of our

adviser-Ms. Iglesias.
= The following is the newly elected of Homeroom PTA Officers of Grade
6-Wisdom S.Y 2021-2022.

= For the learning packets, the parents agreed that when there are
not enough learning packets, parents who can provide the learning materials for their
children will give way to those who can not.
= Whereas Ma’am.Jinky A. Iglesias discussed the important dates to
remember of S.Y 2021-2022.
= DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2020 or the Grading System (Assessment
and Grading in the New Normal) was also discussed.

= She also discussed the DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2021.

= Whereas Ma’am Jinky A. Iglesias discussed how much the GSP, BSP and
Red Cross cost of registration and to whom to register.
= Whereas she also discussed and reminded the parents of the transferees
to follow up the form 137 of their children from their previous school. And discussed the
importance of the School Based Feeding Program for Underweight children and 4P’s
Beneficiaries.
= On October 15,2021 SFES will hold a simultaneous proper hand washing
of all elementary students with documentation.
= Issues and Concern in attendance, discipline/online netiquette, answering
of modules were also discussed and Ms. Iglesias reiterate that sending of messages will
be within official time.
= Agenda of the meeting was smoothly discussed by the Wisdom Adviser-
Ms. Jinky A. Iglesias.
= The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 pm.
