26,2023 at the PIT-Tabango Campus Function Hall

I. Call to Order

The second special meeting of Educators’ PRAXIS was held at the PIT- Tabango Campus
Function Hall on April 26,2023. The meeting was convened at exactly 01:00 o’clock in the afternoon
presided by Mr. Chino Pijo, with Hon. Camille April Monterde.

The Secretary did a roll call and all officers were present since, the meeting was therefore a
quorum.

Officers of the Educators’ PRAXIS who were present are as follows:

II. Reading and Approval of Minutes

The previous minute was the contribution of 80.00Php for the Foundation Day.
III. Presentation and Adoption of Agenda

The presiding officer introduced the agenda which include:

A. Addressing the concern of the body

B. 100.00Php contribution for membership fee the next academic year

The agenda presented was adopted by Hon. Camille April C. Monterde, Edcuators’ PRAXIS
President and was seconded by Hon. Vanessa Nica D. Manzanares, Educators’ PRAXIS Secretary. The
agenda was carried.

In the discussion proper the body agreed that the amount of ONE HUNDRED PESOS (Php
100.00), as the membership fee which includes the project for the next school Academic Year 2023-2024.

Hon. Vanessa Nica D. Manzanares, Educators’ PRAXIS Secretary.

IV. Adjournment

There is no further business to be discussed; the meeting was adjourned at exactly 04:30 in the
afternoon.

 In the discussion proper the body agreed that the amount of EIGHTY PESOS (Php. 80.00),

In the discussion proper the body agreed that the amount of FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (Php.
4,000.00), is to be withdrawn from the PIT-Tabango Educators’ PRAXIS account at the Basak-Layog
Agricultural Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BLAMPCI) for the expenses incurred for SIGLAKAS 2022.
