PRELIMINARIES:

The meeting started at exactly 8 with a morning devotion led by Ma,am Emerita C.
Alim, followed by an opening remark led by Ma,am Gemma J. Norberte, respectively.

SESSION PROPER:

After the roll call, Ma,am Abegail M. Palad laid out the objectives of the day’s LAC
Session.

Highlighted in the meeting were the faculty updates by our department president,
Ma,am Nerissa C. Igot. As per the ICT coordinator, Ma,am Palad reiterated the importance of
the new MS Outlook account, downloading the output, and uploading the template. And to
not forget to back up old files from our DepEd account. A gentle reminder also to input
grades in ECGS before the deadline. An update on the upcoming foundation day, preparation
is being pushed through.

On learning resource mapping as discussed by Ma,am Jennylyn M. Racines, she

stressed on addressing the barriers to learning and promoting healthy development. She also
mentioned its importance as a community resource and noted it as a system-building process.

During the meeting, the master teacher, Ma,am Leah D. Magsalin started her talk by
putting into account all the small victories of the department during the SB Inset that started
on Monday, February 6. She expressed her gratitude for the department’s active participation
and reminded us to continue striving to do our best and to act as one, always.

As the discussion continued on the latest update on IPCRF, Ma,am Magsalin

explained the details on:

 COT
 15 Objective instead of the old 19
 Self-Assessment Tool
 Student Conference Record/Report
 MOV’s

Other matters were presented by the department OIC. The meeting ended at exactly
5:00 PM.
