Program Management
The training design and matrix were drafted by Mrs. Mary Anne C. Pava, MT II and

prepared.

The INSET started with an opening program where the objectives and the training
matrix were discussed. It was followed by the levelling of expectations, statement of
purpose and house rules. The MOL on each day was then assigned to each subject
area.
