A. Title DISTRICT ROLLOUT ON COACHING, MENTORING,
LEARNING FACILITATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF
LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS VIA MENTORING PROGRAM
(LAMP) FOR THE SCHOOL MENTORS IN EDUKASYON SA PAG
PAPAKATAO (ESP) HOME ROOM GUIDANCE/
KINDERGARTEN EDUCATION PROGRAM IN CATUBIG II

D. Participants The participants of the training are 2 teachers from Anongo ES,
Hibubullao NHS, Hibulo ES, Hinagonoyan ES, Hitapi-an ES,Nagoocan
ES, Roxas ES, San Antonio ES, San Vicente ES, San Vicente NHS, 3
Teachers from Hibubullao CS and 1 teacher form Osang ES. Each school
represented also by 1 school head.
E. Activity The District Rollout on Coaching, Mentoring, Learning
Description Facilitation and Implementation of Learning Achievements Via Mentoring
Program (Lamp) for the School Mentors in Edukasyon sa pag Papakatao
(Esp) Home Room Guidance/ Kindergarten Education Program is a
workshop for teachers and school head to grow professionally to become
competent and effective teacher and leader.
This learning achievements via Mentoring Program is intended to
promote the sharing of information and experiences between the mentor
and the mentee. The focus is to prepare the mentee to become a competent
teacher in both content and teaching strategies expected to promote a
culture of collaborative learning environment.
This is being done through collaboratively effort between the
coach and coachee the mentor and mentee to ensure that all concerned is
being considered.

F. Objectives This activity aims to:


1. Improve the performance of less experience teachers (mentees);
2. Increase the opportunity of mentees to experience success through the
development of support system via the program;
3. Promote the personal and professional well-being of mentees; and
4. Provide professional growth opportunities for both mentors and mentees.
G. End of Activity At the end of the training the output of the 3-day training is a School
Outputs Action Plan on Mentoring and Coaching in Esp/HGP/Kindergarten.

H. Highlights The following are the highlights of the training.
 Ma’am Danna Dee O. Macalos presented the Project LAMP.
 Ma’am Gina T. Medenilla discussed the Key Player’s Role and
Responsibility
 Sir Norly M. Bulagnir discussed about Coaching
 Ma’am Geraldine N. Porca discussed about Mentoring and the
Qualities and Responsibilities of a Mentoring
 Ma’am Danna Dee presented the different Do’s and Don’ts of
Facilitation in 4A’s
 Sir Norly and Ma’am Geraldine presented the different forms of
Coaching and Mentoring forms and afterwards they conducted a
workshop

The participants of the training are 2 teachers from Anongo ES,
Hibubullao NHS, Hibulo ES, Hinagonoyan ES, Hitapi-an ES,Nagoocan
ES, Roxas ES, San Antonio ES, San Vicente ES, San Vicente NHS, 3
Teachers from Hibubullao CS and 1 teacher form Osang ES. Each school.
Each school represented also by 1 school head in total we have 30
participants who actively participated and involved themselves throughout
the training.
