ACTIVITY: Conduct of 2nd Quarter IMEA (Internal
Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment) for S.Y.

OBJECTIVES: 1. To present the accomplishment under access,

PRELIMINARIES &  The said activity started exactly 2:00 in the

 The activity was started with a prayer and

Presentation
 Next is the Welcome Message by our active
Teacher In-charge Ma’am Amie C.
Cabigcabig
 The IMEA proper was followed and
facilitated by the SMEA Coordinator Ma’am
Roca Joyce C. Permejo and our TIC Ma’am
Amie C. Cabigcabig
 Ma’am Roca Joyce C. Permejo discussed the
Statement of Purpose on the conduct of
IMEA.
 The next part of the program is the
presentation of grade level dashboard.
 Next is the focused group discussion where
we can discuss the possible solutions of the
issues and problems of every grade level.

 After the FGD the IMEA Coordinator and

the TIC checked all the MOV’S of every
teacher.
 Lastly, are the closing remarks given by
Ma’am Cheryl N. Degracia
 The activity ended exactly at 5:00 o’clock.

RESULT The activity was successfully conducted and

objective was attained.

A Narrative Report on INDIVIDUAL Monitoring,

Evaluation and Adjustment (IMEA)
 Our School (Lale Elementary School) conducted Individual
Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (IMEA). The said activity
was started exactly 2:00 PM. The activity was started with a
prayer and Pambansang Awit through multimedia presentation.
Next part of the program is the Welcome Message given by
our diligent TIC Ma’am Amie C. Cabigcabig. Our SMEA
Coordinator Ma’am Roca Joyce C. Permejo gave her Statement of
Purpose about the conduct of IMEA.
