NARRATIVE REPORT

SCHOOL MEA CONFERENCE

November 23, 2022
DUGYAN ELEMENTRY SCHOOL

The School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment is a mechanism that provides

information and insights on several aspects of the system. It enables to track the progress
and effectiveness of the programs related to classroom instruction, school operations and
other activities.
Last November 23, 2022 the SMEA Conference was conducted at Dugyan Elementary
School. The event was attended by the District Monitoring and Evaluation Team Member,
Mrs. Anna Marie Batoctoy as representative to give the response to the said event and
other stakeholders that part of it.
During the conference the consolidated CIGPs gathered from all teachers were presented
by Mrs. Ma. Cleofe B. Caruana, the School Head. The SMEA Conference provided an
opportunity to the participated individual to perceive directly the concerns, issues, gaps and
problems encountered by the teachers in the learning process while educating their
children. Through these parents as the primary stakeholders were given a chance to express
their feelings and ideas as a respond the status and attitude of their children in school.
Afterwards was the insightful respond of the DsMET member regarding the CIGPs
presented In addition, there was also an open forum between the stakeholders and
teachers wherein they are free to ask questions about the CIGPs that had been presented.
The SMEA Conference was ended with a fruitful discussion with an open-minded
stakeholder who shared their insights and actively participated the activity.
