 PARA SA BATA, PARA SA BAYAN SULONG EDUKALIDAD. VIRTUAL INSET TRAINING is made for us
teacher to more knowledgably and efficient for today’s situation

sDespite of the Pandemic that we are facing today let us work together and educate young
minds. Be nurtured and be more effective educators in a new normal way of education.

Sir Sherwin Gonzales from SDO Muntinlupa was the first speaker of the day. He discussed about
the OER Readiness Training and he emphasized the project of SK and barangay official in which the
students are free to access and use ONLINE LIBRARY without the internet connection. On day 1 also
introduce and elaborate the activation and usage of official depEd account by all public teachers.
Morning session discussion focusses on the educational technology. Afternoon session Teacher Mark
was the speaker, he discussed all about Synchronous Teaching Using Technology with the objectives:
Determine proper actions in conducting effective synchronous activities in teaching learning process;
Device mechanism to troubleshoot technical difficulties and challenges; Reflect on best present
practices and self-assessment in delivery of the synchronous activities; Proposed innovative solutions to
the Department to empower and maximize the use of technology in teaching; and Capacitate collogues
to create world-class technology-based instructional materials aligned with the framework oif effective
teaching.

On day2 this were the topics have been discussed by our respective speaker. 1.
Management of Learning 2. Effective Utilization of Multimedia Materials by Teacher Joy Salazar.
3. Video Editing Techniques in Producing Quality Video Lesson by Teacher Neil V. Bautista. After
lunch following were the topics discussed 1.New Normal: The Critical Role of Assessment in
Online Learning by Teacher Salvador Manansala.2.OER Readiness Review Criteria Minerva
Grace Silvestire and Reflection/ wrap Up was conducted after . Teacher Joy discussed the
importance of Multimedia in the Learning of the students. Following were the examples of the
TV Educational Program that children must watch; wansapanatym, Batibot, Mathtinik,
sineskwela and many more. In a new normal depEd broadcast the discussion in different
learning areas on air through depEdTV and radio broadcasting.

Day3 discussion focused on Google Workplace fot Educational Fundamentals by Teacher

Rowena A. Reyes but before Teacher Rowena discussed clearly her topic Management of
Learning(MOL) was first delivered and explain well for the benefits off all. After Teacher
Rowena some question was raised and answered politely by the speaker. Pooster Dessign in
Adobe Photoshop was discussed by Teacher Glenn L. Horano, this topic helps a lot to those
subjects who particularly used photos as one of the activities in performance task. After lunch
Overview of R.A.10173, or The Data Privacy Act was discussed by Teacher Glennah Taguibao
this topic is very important to both teachers and students because some of the students and
parents are very open to the public and they should know the limitations specially with reagards
to school records. Solving People Puzzle was also delivered and explained well by Teacher
Sherwin Lomeda.
Day4, Interactive International Materials was Delivered by Teacher Ariel A. Delos
Santos, Teacher Earl Aaron Villarosa discussed the topic in ManyChat: Delivering Online-Offline
Learning(McDoo). Teacher Earl’s topic is very important to know specially those who are taking
the online class because we still need to follow the proper guidelines and regulation to avoid
further problems. Teacher Mark Anthony brought us the ETUlay-Breakthrough in Learning.
Teacher Sarah Jane introduced the Mobile Apps in Education that can be used in learninng ny
both Teacher and students.
 Day5 this the last day of the training/seminar. Digital Poetry: A Collaborative
Performance Project was discussed Teacher Apprellene Marquez. Teacher Maria May Sevilla
discussed the Technology Integration and Instructional Materials/Development in Preparation in English
Language. Hour of Code (Programming for and Women) was discussed loud and clearly by Rubelyn
Pastrano after answering the questions raised by the viewers, Teacher Glenny discussed immediately
the topic in Creating Interactive Materials using Scratch Animation. The last was indeed successful. Many
of the attendees got their certified and bring home a lot of knowledge.
This 5 day seminar brought a lot of Learning for every attendees and it will help a lot for them to
be more effective teacher in any ways.
We thank God and also the depEd Tv for bringing this very informative seminar, this proved that
despite of hindrances that we may encounter in providing Education to young’s we still find ways. Let us
one hand and provide a competitive and productive FILIPINOS.
