I. RATIONALE
The world in which we live is ever-changing. The rate of technological progress is
accelerating, which means that we are now better able to communicate with people all over the
world, and information is available to us at the touch of a button. These changes have repercussions
not only in our personal life but also in the professional extent.
Learning new things consistently is the only way to stay current. Putting modifications into
education and training enables you to expand your skill set and horizons, maintain your relevance
in the workforce and make career advancements or industry switches. It has been demonstrated that
engaging in ongoing education raises one's morale, levels of job satisfaction, and overall sense of
self-worth. The process of obtaining new skills and knowledge consistently is referred to as
"continuous learning" You will be able to grow both personally and professionally, take advantage
of new chances, and realize your full potential.
Traditional classroom instruction and cutting-edge online learning are the two types of
learning environments that can be combined to create blended learning. Different modalities are
one form of developing learning, including those who learn best in a controlled environment that
involves face-to-face interaction with a teacher and other students who are more independent and
learn best through semi-autonomous computer-based instruction.
Our school may employ both conventional learners and millennials who are more accustomed
to digital learning; blended learning caters to the needs of both types of learners. The classroom
setting allows students to engage in various activities and receive instant feedback face-to-face. At
the same time, additional instruction given online can be a great source of learning. Students can go
back to the discussion and understand the lessons quickly and clearly.

II. CURRENT REALITIES

Everybody must contend with the conflicting emotions of joy and dread that come along
with the prospect of returning to school to teach in person. For many people, it has been a long time
since they have experienced classes online. Teachers now think of how to make lectures fun and
exciting for the students to appreciate since they had their lectures online by attending classes
synchronously and watching videos and television. At the same time, the students desire to make
this a better recollection of the lesson.

It is nearly difficult to personalize the educational experience to meet the teaching needs of
various students. A blended learning model can assist in personalizing the subject matter
concerning time considerations, learning strategies, and even individual preferences; however, to
implement a blended learning model, you need to make significant adjustments to how you think
about learning.

The continuous offer of online learning is an excellent way for the students to enjoy and, at
the same time, understand lectures easily. It is an entirely student-driven mode that will give
students additional learning options. Learners can go back to their lessons and understand the
discussion. It offers a tailored learning experience and a flexible schedule. The best method to
encourage users to take charge of their education while keeping track of their progress as they
consume media and eventually participate in classroom discussion.

This project Marcos Onilne Karunungan will be able to:

a. Understand the lecture in a different mode of learning.

b. Prepare to take on challenges gained during the face-to-face instruction.
c. Study and deepen comprehension with the lectures in a flexible method.
d. Establish a productive way of continuous learning.

III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A continuous instruction in online-based learning entitled Marcos O.K. (Online
Karunungan)
This capacity building will involve all male and female Mariano Marcos Memorial High
School, Senior High School teachers, and students. This activity aims to increase students'
comprehension and offer them a continuous learning method. This activity is more likely to
enhance the student's performance by flexibly giving them another mode of learning. As a result of
having lectures online for two academic years, the return to face-to-face classes will somehow be
an adjustment for both students and teachers. Thus, the project Marcos O.K. will be an excellent
medium to accommodate uncertainty and concerns.
Aside from face-to-face instructions, teachers will provide video lectures posted on the official
page of Marcos O.K. for the students to review or follow the lessons they missed. Teachers can
post a video lesson once a week or analyze the most difficult topics for the students.
IV. TRAINING OUTPUTS:
The impact of this project, Marcos O.K., is to improve the academic performance of the male and
female students by offering them another mode of instruction.

At the end of the school year, students are expected to:

a. Increase students’ self-confidence and their view of the continuous learning modality;
b. Enhance academic performance and continue their concerns in studying; and
c. Improve knowledge and foster more open communication in learning.

V. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
