Key Results  The facilitators gave us insight into the Career Guidance
Program and Soft Skills & Entrepreneurship.
 Participants were able to learn the importance of enhancing the
student’s skills and encouraging them to choose their own
Tracks preferences because, at the End of the day, the student
is our product.
Evaluation Results  The purpose of this program is for us to produce highly
competent students.
General Comments and  Technical Errors occurred during the presentation of the
Issues Encountered speaker.
Recommendations  Conduct more training that could help to develop the skills of
the teachers.

DOCUMENTATION:

The speakers from day 1-3 were able to enlighten us about the ‘’CUM- IDD TVL-
TRAINING ON SOFT SKILLS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP’’ And also the
purpose and the importance of Career Guidance Implementation.

Day 3 is a wrap day for all of the participants. Every School in every quadrant is
tasked to prepare a Promotional Video, Flyers, and Student output that represent their
strands. All of the 4 quadrants present their output successfully.
