Orientation on the Appreciation of Contextualization Means of

Verification in Assessing and Validating School-Based Management (SBM)
Level of Practice

To all teachers

1. In consonance to DepEd Order No. 83, s. 2012 “School-Based Management Level of

Practice Validation” and pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 252, s. 2021
“Division Validation of School-Based Management Level of Practice of Schools, this
office announces the Orientation on the Appreciation of Contextualized Means of
Verification in Assessing and Validating School-Based Management (SBM) Level of
Practice on April 29, 2022, 9:00-11:00 AM @ Cayabu Elementary Covered Court.

2. The activity aims to:

a. capacitate teachers on Deped Order No. 83, s. 2012 or the Implementing
Guidelines on the Revised-Based Management (SBM) Framework, Assessment
Process and Tool;
b. have a harmonized appreciation and assessment as regards to validation of
School-Based Management level of practice.
c. discuss the contextualized Means of Verification in Assessing and Validating
School-Based Management Level of Practice vis-à-vis to RM no. 53, s. 2021; and
d. equip the teachers on the contextualized Means of verification in assessing and
validating School-Based Management Level of practice.
3. Participants to this activity are all teachers of Cayabu Integrated School and Cayabu
Elementary School.
4. Schedule of activities, Technical Working Group (TWG), Program are attached
herewith.
5. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
