held in the Caregiving Room from 9:00 A. M. - 10:00 A. M. last March 3, 2023.
The LAC leader Dr. Marites G. Abejero exerted effort to reach the teachers through
phone calls, Group Chat in messenger to inform the group that there will be a LAC on ICT
Integration and Assessment and motivated everyone to be on time for the scheduled meeting
to discuss important agenda for the benefit of every teacher in the LAC group. The result
turned out great with 100% attendance. The meeting started at exactly 9:00 A.M. Please see
attached file for attendance.
The LAC leader did the customary greetings and prayer led by Mr. Paul Alejandrino.
The following agenda were discussed:
1. ICT as Tool
2. ICT Integration and Assessment
3. Other Matters and Concerns
A. Reading of Forms

The LAC leader point out that ICT integration has the advantage of improving work
efficiency for teachers. Using digital devices to conduct classes eliminates the need to order
and print textbooks. In addition, grading of assignments and other activities can be
conducted online, eliminating the need to store and prepare materials.
The LAC leader highlighted that ICT in the classroom improves engagement and
knowledge retention. When ICT is integrated into lessons, students become more engaged in
their work. This is because technology provides different opportunities to make it more fun
and enjoyable in terms of teaching the same things in different ways.
The LAC leader emphasized that ICT integration is essential in classroom learning
because it allows effective collaboration of learners, especially when they have group
 activities. It also facilitates effective networking, as learners can be connected outside of the
classroom setting. It makes easy sharing of resources through group chats and conferencing.
She also differentiated what is ICT tool and ICT aided instructions. Everyone was
enlightened about the difference between ICT as a tool vs. ICT Integration and Assessment
The meeting ended with a prayer at exactly 10:24 A.M.
