Document Templates: The need for a standardized template for resolutions as per
DepEd Order 303 s. 2019 was discussed. A template shared by Sir Tonsay (adviser
of Sto. Nino SHS) was reviewed, and a resolution presented by Sir Mark Gerome
from Parañaque Science High School was discussed.

Coordinating Council/Club Accreditation: The process of club accreditation,

including the submission of a letter of intent, an official list, and action plans, was
reviewed. It was noted that per DepEd guidelines, the schools are responsible for
organizing clubs, and signed action plans and officers are required. There was a
discussion on the need for schools to adhere to provided action plans, and the
approval process for action plans and subsequent projects or activities. School
accreditation will be by batch:

Bacth 1: September 15
Batch 2: September 30
Batxh 3: October 15

Other Matters:
- John Allen Olazo's appointment as the acting President was acknowledged, and
Chino's transfer to another school was noted. A resolution was proposed for John's
appointment as a new representative for the Federation.
- Adjusting project dates for schools and the practicality of such adjustments was
discussed, with a focus on adhering to action plans but allowing flexibility in the
scheduling of activities.
- It was mentioned that the club launching is scheduled for September.
- Resolutions regarding the adaptation of logos and templates for the next school
year were discussed.
