NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING OF THE OFFICERS OF THE

FUTURE BUSINESS TEACHERS ORGANIZATION

Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the officers of the Future Business Teachers’
Organization (FBTO) has been called by MR. KRISTIAN B. FERNANDEZ and will be held on
JULY 5, 2019 at 2:00PM at the FBTO OFFICE, to consider the following agenda items given
below. All officers of the organization are requested to be present at the meeting.

AGENDA

1. Introduce the complete set of FBTO Officers for A.Y. 2019-2020

2. Elucidate the duties and responsibilities of officers
3. Report recent accomplishments of the organization
4. Present the mechanics and rubrics for the assigned areas of Technolympics
5. Present a progress report on General Assembly 2019
6. Arrange the schedule of office duty
7. Enunciate office rules including proper decorum, rules for office supplies, equipment,
and files
8. Discuss about the renovation of Home Economics (HE) Laboratory
9. Present the proposed practice teaching uniform
10. Notify members about their individual assignments, responsibilities, and
accountabilities in the organization
