Ms. Joyce Marie D. Mercado declared a quorum.

The meeting was called to order at exactly 2:02 pm.

IV. ADOPTION/APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED AGENDA

Ms. Mercado asked if there were questions on the agenda or if there were other
matters to be included. There is no objection then the committee approved the
proposed agenda.

V. PROCEEDINGS
A. Discussion taken
1. The event would center on the question “Ano ang BS Math?”.
2. It was agreed upon that the title of the event would be “BS Mathematics
Orientation: MATHano Ko Lang?”

3. For the venue and date of this activity, it was decided that it will be conducted on
November 21, 2019 at the Audio-Visual Room, Development Communication
Building, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
4. The flow of the event was finalized.
5. It was decided that the speakers for this event would be Ms. Angel Luna and Mr.
Daryl Magpantay Ph. D.
