I. Re echo (DIVISION SEVENTH TELECONFERENCE)

 Flexible Learning Survey”
 Learning Continuity Plan (LCP)
 Bridging Leadership is a management process that promotes collaboration to
bring about social change.
 Dr. Darwin Talambayan mentioned that the recently conducted Surveywas
opened last May 9, 2020 and was closed last May 12, 2020
 He mentioned that the result of the Survey can be a basis for policy
recommendation; and that PSDS and School Principals will be guided
bysurvey in the preparation of Annual Implementation Plan
 for final decision, re: enrolment matters and for OPLAN PALISTA as an
initiative of the division.
 Survey is on learning modalities. As to the decision making, it will come
from the Central Office.
  Atty. Dennis Manzanero: Creation of Email addresses must be with prior
consent of parents before the processing of data otherwise we will violate
data privacy law.
 Still No Teachers will go to school to get the promotional forms
II. Enrollment Matters
 Schools should Finalized Enrolment on BEIS 2019-2020
 SF10 and SF 9-secure
III. Schools can be used for 2 to 3 days evacuation for maximum of 15 days.
IV. Children 13 years old below can have access provided it is on family account G
