III. RATIONALE
As part of the further preparations for the implementation of the expanded phase of
face-to-face classes targeted to commence in early 2022, all public and private schools
nationwide shall start preparations for face-to-face classes, as DepEd Memorandum no.
85, s. 2021.
In conformity the Binahaan Integrated School will conduct an “Orientation on the
Standardization of Policies and Implementation in Preparation for Limited Face to Face
Classes in order to prepare school situation following the Department guidelines and
policies. In connection to DepEd Order no. 21, s. 2021, known as Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Coordination and Information Management Protocol and
DepEd Memorandum No. 001, s. 2021 or the conduct of Pilot Implementation on
Face-to-Face Learning Modality.
Meanwhile, DepED Memo No. 004 of 2022 which is the Implementation of Result
Based Performance Management System- PPST for SY: 2021-2022 will also be discuss
for further guidelines on the preparation of RPMS 2021-2022.

IV. OBJECTIVES

1. Provide guidance on implementation on expanded Limited Face to Face Classes.


2. Clarify the SSAT for Face-to-Face Classes
3. Provide guidance on implementation Result-Based Performance Management
System- PPST for SY: 2021-2022
4. To improve the quality of teacher education and development.

V. TRAINING CONTENT AND METHODOLOGIES

The “School Learning Action Cell” allotted for Binahaan Integrated School faculty and
staff was planned and studied by the LAC leaders through consultation with the school
head. After series of collaboration the following were realized:

• The school head made a committee who will facilitate and do necessary actions to
materialize the School LAC Session.
• The committee made a proposal on the needs of the teachers.
• Along with the proposal documents, attachments such as matrix of activities were
conceptualized and printed.

After the abovementioned process, the proposal was submitted to the District Office
for review and approval. Subsequently, different activities are to be realized. (Refer to the
matrix of activities)

X. EXPECTED OUTPUTS:
a. All teachers will be able to submit a list of possible students for limited face to face
classes based on the given guidelines.
b. All teachers will be able to prepare their classrooms for limited face to face classes
based on the given guideline
c. Teachers will be well-versed in the Result-Based Performance Management System
PPST for SY: 2021-2022
d. New CIP team will start conceptualizing new programs for learning interventions.

As part of uplifting teacher’s professional capacity
Binahaan Integrated School conducted LAC that
discussed
current trends in educational set-up. These are the

Memo no.85 s. 2021, which is Standardization of
Policies and
Implementation in Preparation for Limited Face to Face
Classes. As well as the DepEd Memo no. 004, s. 2022 which is
the updated Implementation of Result-Based Performance
Management System- PPST for SY: 2021-2022. Lastly, the
reorganization of the Continuous Improvement Program. The
activity was started by registration of participants led by Mrs.
Celina L. Minambilin and Mrs. Darlene E. Barrios.

At about 1:30 in the afternoon the National Anthem

followed by the orientation led by Mrs. Michelle M. De Castro.

The first discussant was Mr. Jimmy E. Liego who discussed


the first two part of SSAT (School Safety Assessment Tool) that will Mr. Liego while
