II. Background and Rationale:

Continuous Improvement (CI) is a methodology which continually assesses, analyzes and acts
on the improvement of key processes focusing on both the customer needs and the desired
performance that enliven DepEd’s commitment to build a culture of continuous learning and
improvement. It is in this line that CI’s context is integrated in the learning environment to better
respond to the changing times and to mobilize the vision of shaping a culture that will have direct and
relevant impact to the learners.
In support of this, the Division of Bohol published Memorandum No. 0245, series of 2023,
declaring the activities of the CI Program for the school year 2022-2023. As a result, a District level
Continuous Improvement Program Symposium is planned on June 17, 2023 at Loboc Central
Elementary School's Conference Hall in Loboc, Bohol. During this activity, all public elementary and
secondary schools in the Loboc District will share their CI Projects and successes while also selecting
the Best School CI Implementer in the District.
Through this symposium, the schools will be able to learn more from the coaches as well as
from one another by listening to their strategies and hearing about their successes. In order to fulfill
educational goals, CI Programs eventually become a way of solving problems for every school.

III. Objectives:

This activity aims to highlight the CI Projects implemented by the public schools of Loboc
District. It is expected that after this activity, participants will be able to:
