RESOLUTION NO. 1 SERIES OF 2019

CONDUCT OF A FUND-RAISING ACTIVITY THROUGH A PAGEANT AND RAFFLE

DRAW FOR THE LANDSCAPING OF SCHOOL SURROUNDINGS AT KALANGUYA
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the conduct of a pageant and raffle draw as a fund-raising activity

will help develop the sense of responsibility among SSG officers and members
and at the same time, empower the officers and boost their confidence as
young leaders.

WHEREAS, should the pageant search be conducted, it shall generate funds

that the school can use to improve the school surroundings.

WHEREAS, should the school surroundings be improved, the school can join in
Division contests such as the Search for the Most Eco-Friendly School, The Most
Child-Friendly School, The Best Brigada Implementing School, and other
contests that could bring honor to the school and to the municipality as a
whole when given the opportunity to win.

WHEREAS, should the fund-raising activity be conducted, the SSG officers shall
become productive leaders.

WHEREFORE, on motion and duly seconded by the body, so be it.

RESOLVED, we earnestly request Hon. Samson C. Benito, Municipal Mayor to
grant a permit for Kalanguya National High School to conduct a fund-raising
activity through pageant to be conducted at the Kalanguya National High
School, Wangwang, Tinoc, Ifugao.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be forwarded to Hon. Samson C.

Benito, Municipal Mayor of Tinoc, Ifugao for his reference and/or basis in
issuing a permit.

APPROVED by the SSG advisers this 14th day of November, 2019 at Kalanguya

PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Activity Name: Search for Mr. and Miss KNHS 2020

Description: A pageant search where 10 male and 10 female
candidates will be given envelopes to be filled by
donors with cash donations. Raffle tickets will also be
sold as part of the fund-raising activity.

I. PROBLEM STATEMENT:

The KALANGUYA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL was established in the year

1997 as an annex of Tinoc National High School situated at Poblacion Tinoc,
Ifugao until it became an independent school by virtue of R.A No. 9883
series of 2009. The school is situated at Barangay Wangwang in the fourth
class Municipality of Tinoc that needs improvement to address its
inconveniency in order to promote quality education.

That this aforementioned scenario, the Supreme Student Government

deemed it necessary to pen this simple Project Proposal for the landscaping
of the school surroundings to be implemented in the school to make the
school more conducive for learners and more welcoming to students and
stake holders. Should this be implemented, this would in one way or the
other help the school realize its mission of providing a safe and motivating
environment.

With this hope that from this simple document, our benevolent
benefactor will feel with us and favor us a permit regarding this matter.
II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This proposed project will be implemented at the school. It will make

the surroundings of the school more beautiful and more conducive for
learners and the school more welcoming to visitors and stakeholders.
The proposed project shall follow the standard program of work and
specification plan. Likewise, the bill of materials shall strictly follow whatever
is stipulated in the Program of Work.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

This proposal has very simple objectives in view. It is the landscaping of the
ground at the Kalanguya National High School in Wangwang, Tinoc, Ifugao
which is stipulated in the School Improvement Plan (SIP) which highlights
linkaging with possible partners for physical development of the learning
institution.

IV. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:

Project commences only upon approval and all requirements appertaining

thereto are complied with. Implementation shall follow guidelines as
outlined in the program of work. The time frame of the implementation shall
also comply with whatever schedules stated forth in the Program of Work.

The school and its stakeholders are willing to extend help in whatever
simple ways in the implementation only to achieve the fruition of this dream
of improving the school.

V. PROJECT BENEFIT:

a. Improved school surroundings

b. Beautification of the school surroundings
c. Better chances in winning in division contests

VI. EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION:

This project proposal shall be forwarded to the Municipal Local

Government as basis of action and for issuance of permit.
