A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT TO

ALLOCATE AND PROVIDE A DEDICATED OFFICE SPACE FOR THE
PROVINCIAL PARENTS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION FEDERATION (PPTAF)
WITHIN THE PREMISES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION COTABATO
DIVISION.

WHEREAS, the Provincial Parents Teachers Association Federation (PPTAF) plays a

crucial role in fostering collaboration between parents, teachers, and school administration to
support the holistic development of students and the overall improvement of the educational
system;

WHEREAS, the PPTAF serves as an important liaison between parents, teachers, and
educational authorities, working tirelessly to address the needs and concerns of the school
community;

WHEREAS, a dedicated office space for the PPTAF is essential for the efficient and
effective operation of their activities and initiatives, enabling them to better serve the interest of
students and their families;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Rodolfo D. Alba, II duly seconded by Mr.

Aldrin H. Otoc;

BE IT RESOLVE, that we, the undersigned, request the Schools Division

Superintendent to allocate and provide a dedicated office space for the Provincial Parents
Teachers Association (PPTAF) within the premises of the Department of Education Cotabato
Division;

RESOLVE FURTHER that we encourage the Schools Division Superintendent to work

closely with the PPTAF to determine the specific location and requirements of the office space,
ensuring it meet the needs of the PPAF and the broader school community;

RESOLVE FURTHERMORE that the provided office space should be centrally

located within the Cotabato Division premises to ensure accessibility and to promote an
environment of open communication and collaboration;

RESOLVED FINALLY that this resolution presented to the Schools Division

Superintendent for consideration and prompt action in recognition of the invaluable contributions
and importance of the invaluable contributions and importance of the PPTAF within the
Cotabato Province;
